訂這家酒店就因為樓下就是正定小商品市場夜市，並且房間帶私湯。酒店房間寬敞乾淨，前台服務到位，樓頂還有觀景平台，酒店後面大停車場免費停車，送歡迎水果，早餐一般，餛鈍可以。酒店斜對面台階上飯館便宜好吃，麪條餃子都有，我們點的炒菜也好吃不貴。夜市很壯觀，還會再去打卡，住這家酒店。這個季節古城沒啥東西

GGastnutzerReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Ddude_abroadMeine Tochter hat ihr Telefon im Hotelzimmer verlassen, und wir haben nicht einmal bemerkt, dass wir etwas hinter uns verlassen. Das Hotel rief uns an, als wir auf dem Kugelzug nach Hause waren und uns informierte, dass wir ein Telefon hinter uns verlassen hatten. Das Hotel hat uns sofort über Nacht über SF Express das Telefon gesendet. Vielen Dank.
Neben diesem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt auf der Wanda's Pedestrian Street. Street Essen, Geschäfte, Mall, Restaurants sind direkt außerhalb Ihrer Tür.
Das Zimmerkarton ist etwas ausgezogen und schmutzig, und das AC funktioniert nicht sehr gut, aber außerdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder bleiben.

Die Frühstücksauswahl ist überraschend vielfältig. Von chinesischem Congee, gedämpften Brötchen und frisch zubereiteten Nudeln über westliches Brot, Speck, frisch gemahlenen Kaffee bis hin zu frischem Obst und Joghurt – die Auswahl wechselt täglich und macht das Frühstück zu einem nie endenden Genuss. Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich die Frische der Zutaten: Die warmen Gerichte wurden stets warm gehalten, die frisch gekochten Nudelsuppen waren perfekt zubereitet und selbst die Beilagen waren erfrischend und aromatisch. Jeden Morgen am Fenster zu sitzen und sie zu genießen, war der perfekte Start in den Tag.
Der Service war noch herzlicher. Beim Einchecken half uns das Personal an der Rezeption tatkräftig mit unserem Gepäck und informierte uns ausführlich über die Frühstückszeiten und den Standort des Speisesaals. Eines Morgens war ich in Eile, und die Kellnerin im Restaurant bemerkte mich und packte mir extra mein Sandwich und meine Milch ein. Sie lächelte mich sogar an und ermahnte mich, unterwegs vorsichtig zu sein. Beim Auschecken hatte ich ein kleines Problem, das das Personal geduldig löste – unglaublich freundlich und überhaupt nicht ungeduldig. Dieser Service, kombiniert mit der hervorragenden Lage und dem köstlichen Frühstück, wird definitiv meine erste Wahl für meinen nächsten Besuch sein!

GGastnutzerIch muss mich beglückwünschen! Von dem Eintritt in den Halle, ist das Personal besonders enthusiastisch und unterstützt die Gepäckzufuhr. Das Zimmer ist besonders sauber und sauber. Die Bettwaren sind weich und die Haut ist weich. Sie können die Schale im Moment abwischen und die Sound-Isolierung besonders gut aussehen. Die Nacht ist ruhig. OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆
