I double checked with staff prior to booking and arrival that my service animal would be accepted. They confirmed it was not a problem and were friendly when I checked in, but 2 days later notified me that I was being kicked out because I violated their animal policy. I was given no warning, and I booked 14 days there. I wasn't offered a refund for the 11 days I wasn't allowed to stay, and they are charging me with a $250 fee for deep cleaning of the room even though I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. My animal was well-behaved and caused to problems or damage. They refuse to give me contact info for the owner, and all I know his name is Chad. Front desk was initially nice but ended up lying to me and my friend, pitting us against each other. She then declined saying what she said to either of us. I know she's new, only a couple weeks on site, but she is clearly out to get what she wants and to manipulate all situations in her favor no matter the cost. She then called police on me to get me removed from the property. I now have to file a civil case against them, which of course is a hassle I don't want to deal with (but will if they don't make this right). Police threatened to arrest me if I didn't leave but wouldn't help with me being robbed of my money. I also had 2 packages delivered there, which they are denying ever receiving despite confirmation. Worst experience ever.
