The girl on the front desk is about as cold as our breakfast was. Was greeted with barely a look & hello, took my $420 for the night and handed me the key. Was told there is parking ‘over through there’ and walk through the glass doors, that was as far as the instructions went. We were out at 4.30 so I called to ask what time breakfast needed to be ordered by, I was told it needed to be in by 4.45, I was nowhere near the hotel so I asked if she could lodge the order for me, she declined and reluctantly told me I could pop it under the door at reception. Breakfast came, cold, and with onion in the breakfast roll which was not on the breakfast order sheet, my request for bacon was also ignored. When the call came through to process my card for breakfast, after paying I gave the feedback that breakfast was cold and that the breakfast burger had onion on it which we can’t eat, I was told that if I scanned the QR code in the room I would have seen that it has onion on it, really unhelpful unless the breakfast slip actually tells you to scan the QR code in the room to get a detailed description of the egg and bacon burger to see if it has anything other than bacon and egg on it. And would actually be more helpful if you could scan a QR code and order breakfast through that instead of having to walk all the way to reception to drop off a piece of paper to order food in 2023. Other than that, room was clean, bed was not overly comfortable but was fine for the night. I’ve not spent a night in Shepparton where the local hoons don’t do burnouts until the early hours of the morning, and this night was no exception. Rooms at the front allow a lot of that noise to filter through so be aware of that. I would stay again but no on a long weekend where they charge a premium but don’t provide the usual services, there was no dinner room service even the info book said there is 7 days a week. Reception closed at 5.

The only place to stay in Shepparton, really! Great rooms, great internet, great convenience, great service. Hassle-free booking, very close to supermarkets/eateries/lakeside walks. Wifi is fast and reliable. Rooms are well-appointed and one can cook entire meals. Staff are amazing! Friendly and delightful.

Vor kurzem musste ich in Shepparton für Arbeit bleiben, ich war froh, dass es einen Mitte-Wochenpreis gab, der das Motel, mit dem ich arbeite, für die ich üblicherweise mit arbeiten. Aus Geschäftsgründen war dieses Hotel für meine jüngste Reise besser platziert. Es ist auch zu Fuß zu den Essen in der Stadt, aber wenn Sie übernachten das Restaurant im Hotel ist exquisit. Kundenservice war professionell und willkommen. Ich kam um 19:00 Uhr und ging um 04:30 Uhr, so dass ich nicht wirklich Zeit hatte, mehr zu tun als schlafen. Das Zimmer ist angemessen ausgestattet und das Bett war außergewöhnlich komfortabel. Es gibt einen riesigen Stuhl in der Ecke des Zimmers, der einfach wunderbar ins Wasser ging, um ein Fernsehen zu sehen. Dusche hat einen erstaunlichen Druck und es war eine gute Größe. Parkplatz ist sehr vernünftig und es gibt einen Ausgang auf der Seitenstraße, der es einfach zu erreichen und zu entfernen.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung, gute Preis, freundliches Personal und eine gute Lage zu tun Dinge während in Shepparton . auch leicht zu finden und gute Parkplätze, wie ich die behinderte Einheit reserviert,.will zurück sein für sicher und sehr empfehlen

Wir kamen am Hotel Tudor am Abend, sie sagten, eine Buchung nicht gezeigt, so dass das Zimmer verfügbar war.. Der Mann an der Rezeption sagte mir, dass ich nicht rauchen würde und nicht mehr Menschen ein sehr angenehmes Willkommen ...at einen Blick das Zimmer schien rundown, aber auf weitere Inspektion die Fliege entfaltet. Tabak & Abfälle auf Grubby-Karton,Muskel & lange braune Haare im Badezimmer,Pasteurisieren in Mikrowelle,Cobwebs,Wäschewasser,Vorkontaminiertes Toilettenpapier, beschädigtes WC-Sitz ... Die Liste konnte definitiv ohne Zweifel weitergehen Ich beschlossen, mit der Verwaltung zu sprechen am nächsten Morgen, da es klar war, ich war in späteren Rezeptionszeiten überprüft, so ich fühlte, ich habe bereits ihre Kundendienste ausgeweitet 🙄 Ich rang nach Stunden Uhr mehrmals 8am nach dem Morgen endlich die Tür geöffnet ich war plötzlich Er sagte, nach 9 Uhr zurückzukehren. Obwohl die Tür klar gesagt, Bürostunden zu beginnen bei 7.30am..I nach 9 Uhr wieder zurück, um diese Zeit eine weibliche Manager, die mir sagte, dass die Reinigung kein Problem war & indirekt mich ein Lügner ...I wollte nie einen günstigen Deal oder ich fragte es aber es es war extrem beleidigung, aus geflippt zu werden & behandelt als nichts & keiner Körper ich wünschte, ich hatte nicht meine Zeit oder Atem sprechen mit dieser Person verschwunden.Der Manager weigerte mich, mich ins Zimmer zu begleiten, um zu inspizieren & es war enttäuschend, solche Putrid Kunden zu erleben Service .... Meine Motelreservierung ging von schmutzig zu diskutiert durch die Arroganz der Arroganz einiger Leute 🤨

In town for business, I needed just an overnight option. Customer service was friendly... weirdly friendly in a familiar type way. It's located on a Main Road. The rooms are average rooms. There is nothing stand out about the rooms and they are dated. Looking at the photos of the bathroom it appears discoloured but I do not recall feeling it was discoloured when I was there. I got an amazing nights sleep here... I was tired, but... even tired I have been unable to sleep in other motels recently. I went to bed, watched TV and only woke when the alarm went off. I also enjoyed how easy it was to locate. The grounds were very well maintained.

Nicht gut. Reisen durch Shepparton Victoria und offenbar gab es ein großes Fußballturnieren in der Stadt. So haben wir $160.00, war $170.00, aber Hay er knockte aus $10.00. Es war ein Familienzimmer, das alles, was sie nach einer Stornierung verlassen hatten. Alle anderen wurden genommen, so dass wir es nach dem Reisen aus Adelaide an diesem Tag genommen. Wir mussten essen, so dass wir nach oben gingen. Wir kamen zurück und legten unsere Sachen ins Zimmer & es gibt einen Monat ein großer im Fenster Dann gab es ein großes Fliegen um. Der Rauchalarm lief weiter, und da war ein Familienzimmer, gab es nur ein Handtuch. Schade, dass arme Familie, wenn sie kommen. Keine Seife. Und es gibt ein Vogel in den Bricken über die Dusche, die ballistischen. Kein Wert von $170.00 überhaupt. Ich habe keine Ahnung, dass ich bezahle, aber nicht für diesen Ort. Wenn Sie uns lieben und durchreisen und es nichts übrig bleibt nur Overlander Hotel Motel entweder zurück in die Stadt gehen oder weiter auf den nächsten Ort. Weil ich diesen Ort nicht empfehlen würde.

We had a fantastic rest at the Bell Tower Motor Inn. Very affordable for our two night stay with great communication along the way by Sonny. The beds were super comfy, pillows and bedding were clean and cosy, the shower was strong and hot and it was well equipped with tea and coffee supplies, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini bar fridge. If you love exposed brick and a homely retro feel, I would happily recommend.

If you are travelling to Shepparton, it is worth considering the staying at the Rodney Motor Inn, which is only a 5 minute drive from the Shepparton main shopping district. Rooms are spacious and clean, and it made my day that the friendly staff at receoption allowed an check in early. Motel has a nice pool and spa area, plus room has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink and dishes. Across the road is Woolworths and next door is KFC. Very happy with the value for money provided.
