A Wonderful Stay at Noa hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in the hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was a lovely start to my stay. The hotel is beautifully located close to subway station, next to big shopping mall, offering stunning views and easy access to everything needed. My room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, tea & snacks. Every morning, I enjoyed my tea, a perfect way to start the day! The amenities at the hotel are top-notch. What truly stood out was the attention to detail from the staff. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful city getaway. I can’t wait to return.

This place is awesome! We previously stayed at the Xiamen location and had a great time. Nice room, friendly staff (mainly speaking to Andre), and you can't beat the location! Got to see a lot of the city in a few days with the nearby metro station next door at the mall. Would highly recommend 😀

Conveniently located in Luohu district, which is around 15 mins drive away from the border. The staffs are really nice and friendly, they also allowed late checkout without an extra charge!! I have previously stayed in their Xiamen branch and I would look a room with them again!

Hotel situated in a very good location,, just next to MTR Station and shopping mall. Hotel staff are so nice and helpful. Will come and stay again.

I recently stayed at the Noa Hotel in Shenzhen, and overall, I had a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a stylish, design-led atmosphere that truly enhances the stay. While it may not offer an abundance of facilities, the thoughtful touches made a significant impact.  One standout feature was the warm hospitality from the young and friendly staff. They made me feel welcome right from the start, offering a complimentary welcome drink that added a nice touch to the check-in process. I also appreciated the eco-friendly initiative where I could opt out of daily housekeeping in exchange for free coffee. There were free snacks and drink in the room which were replenished daily or you can order a robot to deliver . There are also choice of pillows which is nice. The housekeeping team was exceptional—polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel provides a self-service laundry room, which is quite convenient. They offer to fold and deliver your laundry to your room when it's done, so you don't have to wait around. However, there were a couple of downsides. The internet was painfully slow, which can be frustrating, especially if you need to work or browse online. Additionally, the ventilation in the rooms could use some improvement, as they felt a bit "damp" at times. Overall, my stay at Noa Hotel was enjoyable, marked by excellent service and a keen eye for design. If the internet speed and ventilation issues are addressed, this hotel could be truly exceptional. I would recommend it for those looking to experience a uniquely designed hotel with lovely staff.

The hotel has a very stylish design, and the restaurant downstairs is highly recommended. The staff are friendly and accommodating, which was definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. The room had a constant unpleasant smell that couldn’t be removed, no matter what we tried. It wasn’t just in the room—the entire floor seemed affected. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing was a big problem. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and when water was running, the noise was so loud it would wake you up. On the positive side, there are some great perks. The hotel offers a free laundry service, which was very convenient, and if you choose not to have your room cleaned, you get a free coffee. While these touches were nice, the smell and noise issues made the stay less enjoyable overall.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service from staff. Would definitely stay again!
