Great stay with complimentary laundry service - the only one in Shenzhen. Great gym facility as well.

New, well maintained & in a convenient location. Yet, breakfast has quite limited options, even less attractive compared to Orange Hotel and Atour.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was a bit small, but it was fine for what I needed. About 10-15 minutes to the north train station by taxi, so the location was great.

I stayed for two nights, the customer service is good they try their best to keep you comfortable. The location is far from subway but you can easily get a Uber or taxi, has a nice view of the mountains .The breakfast was a disappointment, the choices are limited and not tasty, the coffee machine needs maintenance. Overall is a good options but they need to work on the food, also the option for room service a very limited. One cute thing they have a little robot for beverages to your room, cheap and efficient.

The room is both clean and spacious, and the breakfast is provided at no additional cost and meets your satisfaction.

It is a little bit tricky to find the place but overall it is a good location. Facility is clean and the place is quiet. Staffs are good, xiao He, xiao Xie and xiao Jiang at the front desk teams are nice, and helpful.

I need to travel to Shenzhen North Railway Station, I booked a room for a night at this hotel. Their staff offered me to upgrade to a higher room with windows for free even though it is quite small and not inconvenient when you stay in this room. This hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to pick up their guests to or from Shenzhen North Railway Station. Appreciate it. But their location is not good enough, very hard to find restaurants for lunch or dinner. Fortunately, they have a Hunanese restaurant to serve you. I think their price is reasonable.

The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area one subway stop away from the North Station. It's pretty far from the main attractions but if you want somewhere quiet that's close to the train station, it's perfect. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was great seeing a statue of Aphrodite on the main road leading to the hotel. I felt like I was in Cyprus again.

Offered complimentary indoor parking during our stay. Great service from the front desk. Hotel room was clean. Very satisfied stay.
