Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und der Gastgeber hat schnell geantwortet und ist hilfsbereit.

Wir haben zwei Tage lang über WeChat kommuniziert, bevor wir im Geschäft ankamen. Wir waren sehr kooperativ und das Geschäft hat keine Probleme gemeldet. Nachdem ich dem Geschäft über WeChat mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich in einer halben Stunde da sein würde, rief mich das Geschäft plötzlich über WeChat an, als ich „OK“ sagte. Nachdem ich abgelehnt worden war, kommunizierte ich weiterhin mit dem Geschäft über Textnachrichten mit detaillierten Informationen. Es gab keinen Grund für den Anruf und keine Verwirrung darüber, dass aufgelegt wurde. Ich dachte, es sei ein Fehler im Telefon und nahm es nicht ernst. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, teilten sie uns mit, dass das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer von einem Frauen- auf ein Männerzimmer umgebucht worden sei und es keine weiteren Zimmer mehr gäbe (diese Zimmerkategorie wird auf Ctrip immer noch als Doppelzimmer für Frauen aufgeführt und ist ausverkauft 😅 😅 😅 )😅 😅 Das Geschäft machte uns dafür verantwortlich, dass wir den WeChat-Anruf nicht beantwortet hätten und forderte uns auf, das Geld zurückzuerstatten und umzubuchen oder uns auf die Suche nach einem anderen Zimmer zu machen, aber sie hatten keine andere Wahl, als uns zu zwingen, in ein Sechs-Personen-Zimmer umzubuchen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Verkäufer Angst davor hatte, zur Verantwortung gezogen zu werden, und ihm deshalb nur die persönliche Mitteilung im Geschäft blieb. Badezimmer gibt es sehr wenige. Ich bin so ein armer Kerl, der von seinen Freunden ausgeschimpft wurde, weil ich aufgrund mangelnden Urteilsvermögens die falsche Jugendherberge gewählt habe :( Die Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich praktisch, ganz in der Nähe des U-Bahn-Eingangs.

Okay for one night. It seems most the guests are there for extended stays rather than for travelling. Great location, right by the metro.

Excellent location right in front of a metro station, the room has everything one needs, the room is dark, has a large locker for everyone, only the pillows are a bit uncomfortable. Another aspect to be considered is that there is only one bathroom for three rooms, so there might be waiting times until one can use it.

The laundry is free. The lady who cleans is awesome( very helpful & friendly). Great location. If you don't smoke, it's not good. They have a balcony, but everyone smokes in the house. The bathroom is clean, and the kitchen is always clean. Other than the smoke. It's good

First of all, the location of the hotel is difficult to find. Even the doorman doesn't know this hotel. Finally, I arrived at the hotel, but the hotel staff said "Your reservation is not available." I showed the reservation screen many times and told them that I had made a reservation. The hotel staff checked the room and said that it was available, so I was allowed to stay. Very bad service. In the end, I decided to go to a different hotel.

As other people before me, I confirm that the place it's not so easy to be found. Exit B of Gangxia metro and it's the Building in the middle on the right. The apartment was ok, but I waited for more than two hours to take a shower in the night because there is just one shower for like 8 people.. however, it's ok for one night, good location and very nice host.

It is amazing hostel, I liked it so much, I can recommend to stay here for everyone. You can’t find location better than it. And of course, dog Bobo is the star in this place)

For a westerner, this was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are really clean and you have lots of privacy. The downstairs common are is social and you can hangout with people. If you are lucky you might find a westerner too. Negative part is, there are only two bathrooms. Service is good and they help you with all your needs.

The location is right in front of Gangxia metro. The owner is super friendly and so were the people who I met our there. I had a good time.
