Nice hotel. Front desk female staff is so kind, she is so nice staff. When my husband can't call the taxi by his cellphone, she calls for us by her cellphone and pays first, and we pay her back. The room is clean, and all room operations can be done by AI. However, it is only Chinese. If AI could also support English, it would be a perfect hotel. There is a table with tea set near the window. We loved that area so much. The restaurant next to the hotel is also good. The sea urchin fried rice was very delicious, and I ate it twice even though I only stayed one night. The male staff at the restaurant are kind to children and keep a warm eye on them.

Very good place, excellent service, near working place and metro station

A lot of food stores around, old and new types. Within 5 to ten minutes walk. The restaurant in the hotel also serves delicious Cantonese food and the price is competitive.

Floor upstairs which isn’t owned by hotel was under construction and at 8 o’clock they started drilling really loud. I couldn’t sleep. Poor service, they should close the hotel until it’s done or at least warn the customers.

酒店一進電梯就有黴味，出電梯進入走廊除了黴味還有不知名臭味，走廊的地毯很臟。房間浴室沒有防滑墊，小朋友差點滑倒，問了前台表示酒店是沒有的。洗浴頭特別臟，浴室味道比較重，需要一直保持通風，浴台設計有點看不懂。整體設施完全達不到四星要求，體驗特別不好。

本人訂的房型是茶悅雙床房x3和麻將娛樂房x1，先前在平台留言要求高層房間和無煙處理都能滿足；前台小姐誠懇有禮，我要求房間安排同一層，都儘量滿足我們；房間夠大，整潔無煙味，可是沒有冰箱，有點不便；另外只得浴室有鏡，化妝有點不便，如果在玄關或近窗的地方放一面鏡子便好。酒店環境清靜，附近有小區超市，另可步行10到15分鐘到萬科里，或可以騎共享單車。整體經驗不錯。

。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，熱情，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價很高的。這是房間很温馨很乾凈。服務這邊更是特別的好，還有有可愛的機器人送餐。

前台説四星，根本根本沒有達到，標準，設施太差，水池馬桶淋浴房沒有一個是好的，淋雨龍頭都要拿在手裡才能洗澡，就是個私人家庭旅館，應該來説是這個價位中最差的，

毛巾有頭髮；洗浴室地板沒做防滑，小孩長者要特別小心；礦泉水一天衹供4瓶，超過一瓶3元。感覺對不起一個晚上400多的價格。洗衣機衹有一台免費，帶烘乾要自己掏錢。

交通方便，離萬象天地很近，打車約10分鐘 另外，房間很大，適合全家旅遊居住

酒店位置比較安靜，安排的早餐較為豐盛，房間佈置也很温馨，前台的服務很周到，值得推薦，下次來深圳還會選擇這裏。

房間整潔度來說其實算可以，但唯一很不滿的地方是這個親子房間到晚上時分會呼吸二手煙味，應該是從洗手間抽氣扇傳來，另外就是接侍員好像夢遊似的，給了證件登記入住辦了很久才完成，之後上了房間又問多一次我們的證件出生日期，這很無語， 另外給多一對拖鞋也是等了很久，而且當天是平日，沒有什麼人入住都可以這樣，房間沒有雪櫃，會有一些不方面，好的地方是床真的很夠大，位置上也不錯。
