It’s my second time here but disappointed. The room was so hot and called front desk. They sent engineer to check the aircon and the guy said it works perfectly. However, it was really hot and we requested a fan. Been told that fan was all borrowed by guests and gotta put us on waiting list. After all, no one following up and we were all sweating whole night. Either the hotel doesn’t have enough facilities or the hotel temperature really got problem making everyone to get a fan. Didn’t expect this to happen at such luxury hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel for the third time since last Christmas, and I must say, it was yet another exceptional experience! A highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exquisite food prepared by Executive Chef Gerald. The angel hair pasta was a standout dish—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. And the French dessert? Simply divine! All the restaurant staff and reception were not only nice but also proactive, making our experience even better. I want to commend Edison and the restaurant staff for their attentive service; they truly enhanced our dining experience. A special shout-out to Stefanie Xu and the lovely lady who assisted with our check-in—they both provided outstanding customer service, making us feel welcome right from the start. Thank you, Park Hyatt, for another memorable stay!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Art at every corner, all of the facilities are stunning and modern. We received a free room upgrade, anniverdary decoration and cake and late check out option during the check in process. Location is perfect as well, next to PAFC and opposite to Coco Park right in the center of Futian. Really couldn’t have stayed at a better place for our wedding anniversary and for a quick getaway from Hong Kong. Thanks to the team at Park Hyatt, we shall be back!

Great location, sophisticated atmosphere, tasteful decor…. what’s not to like? Staff was attentive and top notch.  Quick response when assistance was needed. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Payment Handling Experience I am requesting to book a room for my boss’s VIP guest and payment issue related. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with the payment process at park Hyatt SZ. While I understand the importance of adhering to financial regulations, I found the rigidity in handling my payment request highly frustrating and inconvenient. Despite my repeated attempts to find a workable solution, your team, particularly the duty manager, was unable to provide any alternatives or flexibility. It became evident that while they were strictly following the finance department’s guidelines, they lacked the training or authority to offer guests any viable options. Ultimately, I had to come up with a solution myself—something I would have expected the hotel staff to assist with, rather than leaving it entirely up to me. A hotel’s reputation should prioritize guest convenience and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with flexibility and professionalism. The inability to provide alternatives not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the hotel’s customer service. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that your team will consider improving training for handling payment-related concerns in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing how you plan to enhance your service in this regard. Having just check out from park Hyatt Changsha and last week from Alila, just felt something is missing. we only spent one night here, but the experience was great. From check in experience and the room service were all very pleasant. The room was nice and the layout was carefully designed. The staff were nicely presented with positive attitude.

Everything at the hotel was amazing. The room had everything ready for the kids and even had an activity kit for them. It was a great experience and looking forward to book again in the future

Location was very convenient. Many restaurants and malls next to the hotel. Room was very clean, spacious and nice. Would recommend this place if budget is not your concern

Beautiful spaces all over the hotel: the rooms, the pool, the restaurants. A truly special place to stay!

Exceptional at all levels service, cleanliness, location. Surprised by the swimming pool rule that need to wear cap even have short hair. Disappointed that rooftop bar only opens in evening after 8pm.

Never send me back my 4000 rmb of deposit ! They promised me , it will be refund within 1 hours and after 10 hours no news and of course no refund !!!!

We booked this hotel for my marriage anniversary. The hotel provided satisfactory accommodation overall. The room was clean, and the food was of excellent quality. One specific instance comes to mind where additional context could have enhanced my stay. Upon check-in, I was unsure of what services and on-site amenities were available. Had the front desk staff taken a moment to proactively outline these details, it would have saved me time spent seeking information. Overall, we had an excellent stay in the hotel and would definitely consider revisiting.
