Location is excellent, cannot require more in the area of Qianhai. Basically, you won't be affected by the weather conditions and can get to 3 major malls in this area. However, the rooms are quite worn out, especially the bathroom. Suggest the service apratment to have a major renovation and capitalise the location advantage.

Our stay in the apartment was for four weeks. The apartment was serviced daily and was immaculately clean. Having a washing machine available was particularly helpful. There was no iron in the apartment, but one was provided on request. The staff were pleasant and helpful and language barriers were overcome by using translation apps. The hotel is a short walk to two shopping malls with many shops and restaurants, and taxis are readily available should you wish to travel further afield. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in excellent accommodation.

Perfect location with nearby parks, cafes, restaurants, metro stations (line 1, 5 and 11). A new developing pleasant area. The rooms are very clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly. We even extended our stay and stayed there for 10 days. Highly recommend 😊

The first room we got was a bit smelly and the neighbors were really noisy. So we called the front desk and they upgraded us for free to a bigger room. Nice!

Friendly service at the front desk, clean and comfortable lodgings with a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, quiet environment, fantastic view and great location. The building directly connects to a mall through the basement level, and is just a few minutes' walk away from other malls. Left feeling refreshed, and would've stayed longer if we didn't have a tight schedule. Will definitely come back.

Room very spacious with two XL double beds and two bathrooms. We chose a room type with a bath tub. The bath tub was a bit small for me and my two little ones and it wasn’t clean at all. There was a cigarette in the master bedroom. Overall good value for money but cleanliness needs improving.

Reception is not well indicated on the side of the building under a small “Hello” sign … no hotel logo.
Actually it is not a hotel but a service apartment with no staff/service beside reception counter. Doors are a bit strange to use/lock (safety issue). Remote controler was dirty with food or blood stains on it. Shower amenities are too big bottles that doesn’t fit inside the shower area. Location is good for Qianhai with shopping mall and restaurants close by but far from downtown and night life activities. USB electrical sockets didn’t work on one side of the bed.
