Clean and spacious room! Location is good Behind the hotel was a lot of restaurant Nearby do have 24 hours SPA Just infront of the hotel do have MRT! Everything is good!

Had a pleasant stay here. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious. Compliment for 秋慧 where she provided extra miles to walk with us to a nearby convenient stall to transfer money to our zfb. We were foreigners with limited access and difficult for us to reload zfb. So glad to have her. Breakfast at the hotel was great, variety to choose! Hotel located right in front of train station. Back alley of the hotel offers variety of night street food too.

Everything is good especially very near metro station. However, there is the point need to take consideration which the building include other company and morning time will be crowded in lift.

Front desk service definitely responsive. The room is user friendly and clean. Bathroom shower is strong. Highly recommend.

Amazing newly renovated hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The mattress is firm and the bed cozy to spend a good night sleep. I could hear some light noise from the other rooms but nothing too annoying. The personnel was very helpful even though they speak very little English. Hotel conveniently located right at the Hubei metro station and also has many shops, restaurants and street food around. I would recommend!

I really like how all the amenities are there like the washing room. If you happen to be busy and the wahing machines and dryers are occupied, you can always put your shirt in the laundry baskets and there will be someone in charge who will help you pop it in. When you are back at the hotel after a long day, the clean clothes will be waiting for you. Furthermore, they also have a small gym room just next to the washing room where you can always exercise will waiting for your clothings. What's even better is that all these are free. Whenever, my friends and I ordered food, food will also be sent up using a robot which makes everything much more convenient as you can do other things in your room while waiting for your purchases to arrive. Lastly, the services provided by the staff were awesome. They are friendly and are always there to provide any assistance. For example, we had some documents to print and they were willing to help with no extra cost. Really appreciate their help! We had a pleadant stay and experience with them!

The hotel overall is pretty good. The hotel is near to metro stations and renewed recently.

Love the hotel and the orange hotel-themed amenities. The room was clean and big, but the bathroom was quite small, especially the shower (it's like triangle-sized). Will definitely book orange hotel again if I travel to other parts of China in the future.

Not bad, but it's a building mix with office rooms, so there's a long wait time you should always expect when you are about to use their elevators. Besides that, it's great. One minute walk from the subway station.
