Gute Lage, im CBD, direkt gegenüber von Tencent, von hier aus ist alles gut zu erreichen. Auch sehr praktisch ist die U-Bahn Station „Shenzhen University South“direkt vor dem Haus. im Gebäude gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Sauber und nicht zu alt, jedes Zimmer hat ein 80er Jahre Thema und hat auch einen Schallplattenspieler. Für Shenzhen ein Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder!

Nach 14 Uhr gibt es keinen Service mehr und niemand geht ans Telefon! Meine Freundin hatte rote Beulen am ganzen Körper, nachdem sie eine Nacht geschlafen hatte, und sie zweifelte ernsthaft an der Hygiene des Hotels.

Obwohl ich im Voraus für die Reservierung bezahlt hatte, war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig, als ich um 22:00 Uhr ankam, weil sie die Zimmer auch stundenweise an andere Kunden vermieten, um ihren Umsatz zu steigern. Sie ließen mich 40 Minuten in der Lobby warten, bis alles sauber war. Und ich war nicht der einzige Kunde in dieser Situation, offensichtlich ist das ihr normales Geschäftsmodell. Kunden zu verlangen, eine Reservierungskaution zu zahlen und das Zimmer trotzdem an jemand anderen zu vermieten, bevor man ankommt: so eine schreckliche Einstellung und ein so schrecklicher Service.

Xiao Lu was an amazing receptionist. She made the whole stay very pleasant. For a non english speaker, she helped me with ordering food and was ptient with communicating with me.

The room looks pretty cool and nice but a bit dark, even with all the lights on. There’re doors for the toilet and shower but the bathtub is quite opened so it’s more recommended for solo traveler or couples. The fridge doesn’t really work. It’s warm inside. For charging, it’s recommended to bring along your cable with the plug. All the USB ports don’t work well.
But the service here is good. Staffs are polite and nice. A bonus point to free ice lollies provided at the reception.
