首先謝謝前台小羊的接待，入住第一天因為房間原因提出自己的需求後小羊及時跟進幫忙協調了，前期入住好感+1 但是後續體驗真的是不咋樣了。。。 第一天入住要一些房間的小東西給前台致電，第一次沒人接聽，第二次接聽後説送上來，結果過去半小時了也不見我要的東西，還是需要我再次打電話催促才又隔了10分鐘左右送上來；本來以為衹是例外的小情況，然後同樣的，房間電視第一天是可以投屏的，等到了第二天電視怎麼樣都投屏不上，我以為是自己的手機問題，連續關機重啟了幾次還是不行，試了平板也是不行，所以就趕緊求助了前台人員，反饋説馬上來幫我看看，這中間我就處理別的事情去了，又是隔了大半小時我想看電視才想起來怎麼沒有人來呢？又又又致電前台，第一次沒接，第二次接通結果根本不知道我需要他們幫助！請問貴酒店的客户有需求是需要每次都3-4個電話才能解決嗎！？？？到這裏我不得不質疑一下酒店的工作管理問題，拿個東西的需求這麼大酒店需要人三催四請的嗎。。。到底是前台忘記同步了還是客房人員忘記處理了，大半小時的時間就沒人跟進一下嗎？第一次已經提出質疑了，為什麼第二次還是這樣。。。 本人工作需求提前到了深圳，所以是自己定的房間，本來是準備續住的，我是連住兩晚的套餐，第一天就和酒店説明瞭。。。結果第二天衹是出個房門，我的房卡就刷不進去了，當時應該是半夜11點左右，穿着睡衣又下樓去前台弄房卡。。。給我的反饋是因為操作問題，連住客人難道要每天下去更新一下房卡嗎？？這就算了，第三天（當天退房，最快也應該是12點吧）九點半去餐廳吃早餐，10點左右吃完又又又進不去房間！！電梯也刷不了！！！！真的搞不懂了。。。 而這一次又讓我想起來為數不多自己定酒店的經歷，上次定南山南油的一家酒店，現在想起來好像也是逸扉酒店，當時體驗感也是極差！安排在類似布草間或者工作間隔壁，一個晚上一直進進出出開門關門，完全睡不好！出差人士睡眠真的很重要啊！救命了！不説隔音問題，就是大半夜也應該知道客人在休息吧，就這個的工作習慣是不是太不重視客人感受了，還是説貴酒店貴品牌就是這麼一直不把客人入住體驗放在眼裡的呢？？？以前住酒店一般都是公司統一定協議酒店，怎麼為數不多預訂經歷就總是踩雷呢？？？還是説貴酒店對於散客的服務標準就這麼低嗎？？？ 反正整體入住體驗非常之差，後續的續住安排也果斷取消了！

Clean room, quick check-in, great location walkable to Shenzhen Bay MixC. No complaints, overall stay was enjoyable. Free coffee and drinks included in the room.

Had high hopes at UrCove but we were disappointed with the service. It's not that the staff were rude, but they were somewhat lacking the service you normally get at a hotel under the Hyatt group and for this price range. It felt a bit difficult to get in touch with the concierge if you don't know Chinese. We wanted to check if we could get an extra 1hr for a late check out without leaving the room, but it took us a while to get onto the wechat mini program and find service. But then, no one responded so we just left at 12pm. I also realised our booking included free beer from the bar which no one reminded us - at other hotels, the staff always mentions about these. The pros for this hotel are the location, the view and the large rooms with the smart toilet and smart black out curtains and we slept very well. It is about 10mins walk to Coastal City and around 20mins walk to the new MixC which was really nice as it was a bit cooler these days. Although the hotel was all very clean, the carpet in the corridor to the rooms was already dirty with several stains. The breakfast spread was also lacking with limited options and the quality needs to be improved for this price range. There is free laundry service by the gym but the gym was tiny with only has 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical machine and weights. A gym of this size is what you can get at a 300RMB/night price range hotel. Our package came with "welcome fruit" which came but nothing special. See pic #4. I suggest to just get the standard room or wait for a super good deal, if you were to stay here as it's still pleasant so you won't expect too much.

Nice and modern room. Comfortable stay. Helpful staff at reception. Breakfast is great with lots of chinese food, congee and condiment. Great location. Seven eleven is right behind the hotel. The drawback is very few restaurant around

The hotel service was good. Though the breakfast buffet was not impressive, it was still a nice experience

Modern and.Clean hotel convenient located in Sjenzjen Bay. Hotel room is well equipped with free snacks and drinks from the mini bar. Will be back again
