Das Hotel hat ein neuartiges Design und einen großen Projektor, was wirklich gut ist. Beim Fernsehen ist der Empfang jedoch instabil und es können nicht alle Sender geschaut werden. Als ich ein anderes Zimmer betrat, fand ich Gummifüße auf dem Boden, die eine gründlichere Reinigung erforderten.

Das einzigartige Design des Hotels gefällt mir sehr gut. Sobald ich eintrat, begrüßte mich das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich. In der Lobby gab es Kaffee und Milchtee. Die Rezeption war sehr geduldig und professionell bei der Erklärung der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und Essen. Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, wenn ich nach Hongkong reisen möchte. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Hafens Luohu. Das Hotelzimmer ist auch geräumig, mit guter Lichtdurchlässigkeit, sauber und erfrischend, das Bett ist auch sehr bequem, das Zimmer ist Ausgestattet mit intelligenter Ausstattung ist es einfach ein Vergnügen auf Palastniveau. Es ist wirklich schön. Ich habe dir auch Obst geschenkt. Ich bin so zufrieden.

Ich habe dieses Hotel vorübergehend online gebucht, da es neu eröffnet wurde, und war angenehm überrascht! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, mit moderner Ausstattung, vollständig intelligenter Sprachsteuerung und freundlichem Service. Sehr gut geeignet für Geschäftsreisen und Freunde, die Hongkong besuchen

Great location, only 3 mins walk to The Mixc mall or 8 mins walk to the metro station. Friendly staff and provide polite and good service. I stayed in two different rooms, one night the basic no window room and the other night twin bedroom with window. No window room is a big no for me as it’s too small and it’s not so pleasant. Staff also confirmed that there is no upgrade for rooms, you will only get what you booked for. Breakfast was included and it’s a soya milk + some Chinese buns and an boiled egg.

The location was quite convenient to get to. It is a relatively close walk from the Grand Theatre Metro (3 stations away from the Luo Hu port station), and where 万象城 (a popular shopping mall) is. I liked that it had early check-in times (10am) and later check-out times (before 2pm) as I preferred to have a late morning. They also provide a small box + drink as breakfast up between 7-10am. Although from the outside the building looks old, but the interior of the hotel lobby and its rooms are modern, really nice and clean. The rooms had control panels that could control different modes of lighting and switching the curtains on/off. One thing to bear in mind is that soundproofing isn't as good. I could hear water running, people walking past the hallways and if the next room had noisy kids. But it did not bother me too much. Overall, I had a great stay! The hotel staff were really friendly and offered to go the extra mile.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The worker showed me where to find my room and was very friendly. The staff overall was very kind and despite us having language difficulties, they used a translation app and did their best to help. I felt safe leaving my luggage with the front desk while I went to the city to do some shopping and they even loaned me an umbrella while it was raining. Next time I am in the area, this hotel will be my first choice. The value for the room and comfort cannot be beat.

Room bigger than expected, also bathroom was nice. Nice location as walking distance you find bus stops and metro stations

Good. No complaints. Breakfast is a bit minimal but otherwise would stay again.
