I recently stayed here, and overall, my experience was just okay. The hotel has potential, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in the area of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found an item of clothing (an underwear) left in the washing machine, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from this issue, the rest of the stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate, but the hotel staff needs to pay more attention to maintaining cleanliness to enhance the guest experience.

Ich bin jetzt zum dritten Mal hier. Der Stil dieses Hotels gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Auch der Service der Geschwister an der Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schade, dass ich mir ihre Namen nicht gemerkt habe. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gewissenhaft und zuverlässig, das Essen im ersten Stock war ausgezeichnet und was mich am meisten überraschte, war, dass das Hotel mir die Parkgebühr erstattete, wenn ich mein Auto im Einkaufszentrum gegenüber parkte. Komme in Zukunft bestimmt noch oft vorbei!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus und der Gastgeber und das Personal waren unglaublich hilfreich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und Sie fühlen sich wie Sie den ganzen Berg für sich selbst haben. Wenn wir was brauchten, war der Gastgeber nur eine Nachricht weg und sichergestellt, dass wir gut nachgesehen wurden. Wenn wir unsere Hunde mit uns gemacht für eine entspannte Getaway, wo wir alle in der Natur sein müssen, genießen die frische Luft und Schweigen. Wir werden sicher wieder zurückgehen.

這次是親子遊，客服人員很有禮貌。這間是自助辦理入住，要先跟客服聯繫上，才知道入住的流程是怎樣。 但房間打掃得不太好， 看到梳化和枱子上有幾條頭髮沒清理好， 跟客服反影後，也說可立即安排清潔呀姨來處理， 但我因趕著出去所以拒絕了。 另外也發現塌塌米跟廁所門的中間位置積了點垃圾跟灰塵。 浴室淋浴位置，就算把門關上， 水都會流出地上，把地弄得濕濕的。 冷氣不太足夠。 寄存行李的位置有點遠，要走十分鐘左右，不太方便。 去沙灘位置也方便， 整體來說，房間用來打卡拍照是可以的，早上起來可以看到海。
