When questioned, the receptionist - happily and proudly - explained that the problem was that I had no Mainland mobile number (so the problem lies with the guests, and the hotel has no obligation to honour its publicised facilities available). Serious attitude problem with the staff, in my opinion! From later experience, all the hotels that require a Mainland mobile number to access WiFi will help guests to connect to WiFi by logging in with their own local mobile numbers to obtain the OTP for activation of the WiFi connection.

I booked for 3 nights in this hotel. Very close to Dongmen pedestrian shopping street. Close to Lowu border to HK. Check in was okay. Check out was smooth too. Catherine, the duty manager was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately, no section for for children pool. They have kid’s club for my baby to play which is the reason why i booked here than other 5 star hotels in the area. Breakfast is fine. The options kept changing everyday. Housekeeping is actively reminding and cleaning the room everyday.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war eine Executive Suite, die groß, schön und sauber war und mit Obst zur Begrüßung ausgestattet war. Es gab Frühstück, Nachmittagstee und Cocktails am Abend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und der Service war sehr gut. Die Sauna im Fitnesscenter ist heiß und komfortabel, ebenso wie der Pool zum Entspannen. Es ist ein guter Ort für den Urlaub.
