Als ich das Zimmer betrat, entdeckte ich Urinflecken auf der Toilette, die nicht sauber gewischt worden waren. Die Rezeption entschuldigte sich nicht. Es gab kein Anzeichen dafür, dass es kein Fenster gab. Die Klimaanlage war nur Show. Die Wände waren überhaupt nicht schalldicht. Ich konnte alles hören, was die Nachbarn machten. Es war gut.

服務還是很棒的，給免費升級的靠窗房，雖然有點小插曲，服務小哥給選的七樓，不過有客人要求四間連着，就給調到六樓啦，這個都沒什麼的，畢竟我們的要求就是安靜，哪個樓層都無所謂的。
建議:衞生間的馬桶可以再智能一些，大堂的香薰可以再淡一些，味道有點濃烈了。
備註:特意拍的大堂位置和餐廳，看着很舒服的。

先説一下好的:
1.工作人員的態度都挺好，雖然服務出現問題，但每個人的態度都不錯。

那麼再説説問題：
1.我18點10分來辦理入住手續，前台跟我反饋房間沒有打掃出來。這在我商旅生涯中從未出現過，這是第一次。晚上6點多辦理入住，竟然沒打掃出來，你們如何安排的工作？去過今天的房間是滿房，那工作人員就應該要求前一天的入住者及時退房，或者給新入住的客人升級房間。這些事都沒有做。
2，健身房的設備不足，至少啞鈴區你得有個健身的凳子吧，不能讓我們坐在這種凳子上。另外健身房特別大的味道，這已經是一種污染了，憑經驗有比較大的可能是不合格的地膠。
因為以上種種，整體來説我覺得這次入住並不滿意，但如果商家能及時調整，我覺得還是可以比現在好很多。
