"We stayed here the last week of June! I'm totally disappointed and the hotel kind of ruined the overall look and feel of our family vacation. We got a room on the first floor, which has nothing in common to the rooms shown in booking - bad looking, cheap furniture, leakage on the wall above the double bed. In the bathroom, the faucet was partially out of order, causing bathroom floods. In addition, the slope of the bathroom floor is not towards the siphon, but towards the room. The result you can guess. Our room was not cleaned until I asked at the reception for toilet paper and soap on the 4th or 5th day of our stay. In result, three rooms were cleaned. The next door guests were unlucky, as the intimate shower faucet was also out of order and it seemed the cleaning lady didn't turn it off completely, so their whole room flooded, including their suitcases, shoes, etc, left on the floor. But this wasn't even the worst. The hotel staff gave a mop the guest lady and told her to clean the room herself. I took a picture, see attached! On top of everything, it was really offensive that the hotel staff went to the room to count the linen (pillows, towels, etc), before returning our ids, which they held during the whole stay!!!"

"I stayed at this family-run guesthouse for two nights while visiting Shkodër. Although the room facilities were basic, the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The night we arrived, the bus driver dropped us off at the wrong stop, and we couldn't get a taxi. We contacted the owners, and the landlady and her son personally drove to pick us up – such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was also carefully prepared and looked very cozy; the fried eggs and coffee were excellent. There are about a dozen rooms on the second floor. We didn't see any other guests while we were there, and I sincerely hope their business thrives! Facilities: Our room was on the second floor, and the owners very kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and it was cleaned daily. Ambient: Very close to the Old Town pedestrian street, just a five-minute walk away, and there's a supermarket nearby. Service: Excellent!"

"Das mit Abstand sauberste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Alles ist noch sehr neu, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Sie sind unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich sofort um jedes Anliegen. Außerdem haben sie uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele gegeben, wodurch unser Aufenthalt noch schöner wurde. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Das macht die Anreise mit dem Auto sehr entspannt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen und werde bei zukünftigen Besuchen in Shkodra sehr wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, Komfort und herzliche Gastgeber legen."
