The rental includes 1 boat slip, no lift. The boat slip is a quick walk from the house. The house is right across the street from the public boat launch by the bridge in Shell Knob. Relax in the evenings around the fire pit. It was a nicely equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Could’ve used a few more large trash bags though.

Nice place
Nice place to stay and great location. We only had one issue and that was the WiFi, Colton came over to help us figure it out and apparently someone had decided they needed one at home and took it with them. Overall it was a great time!

4th of July trip
Host let us book another night last minute and was always available via phone. We had 9 in our group and listing stated it slept 12. We assumed a couch would pull out which wasn’t the case and ended up having to utilize an air mattress. Host did bring over several air mattresses after contacting him.
