The rooms and service are great. The food superb and the company better. We loved strolling the vicinity. The inn is charming and the grounds are welcoming. The hosts made us feel right at home and helped with finding the right activities for us.

Definitely did not disappoint. Such a lovely inn in an absolutely gorgeous (little bit remote) area. Bob and Lee (Leigh?) who run the Green River Bridge Inn are wonderful. We had the river room. So great to be able to hear the river running all the time with the window open. Things worked well. Breakfast was amazing (and too much to be able to eat everything). Had I paid more attention, I would have known that only breakfast is included and available at the inn. Dinner is available on Friday and Saturday nights only. On Sundays, there is a brunch. We arrived early evening on a Sunday and had to make a beeline back to Brattleboro in hopes of finding something to eat. I hope we'll have opportunities to return.

My husband and I just returned home from a weekend away at the Green River Bridge Inn. If you want to relax and enjoy the sounds and sites of nature this is the place. Next to a covered bridge and a rolling river; the sound was so soothing. The Inn keepers were so wonderful; we felt we made new friends by the time we left. Delicious food, comfortable bed, great amenities like a refrigerator, coffee and tea station, homemade cookies, dishware and jacuzzi tub in the bedroom of the Sunrise room. We highly recommend staying here and we plan to return! Thank you Lee and Bob!! -The Champigny's

Every detail was perfect absolutely perfect. Bob and Lee are amazing people and very kind. We felt like we were with family at home. If I could describe this picturesque place in one word it would be SERENITY. It truly is a slice of heaven there at the inn. I cannot say enough about it. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was a great one. They are beyond gracious and helpful. The food was delicious and the room so clean and cozy. The bed was so comfortable and the sounds of the river and falls was a much needed relaxation time for me. Kudos to Bob and Lee and the whole staff there at the inn. You guys rock and the world needs more people like you in it. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience and great memories.

Lee & Bob Mann are the best innkeepers. They are so friendly and personable. The River Room overlooks the covered bridge & river. Sleeping with the window open was a treat. The breakfasts were very tasty especially the french toast. Be sure to ask when they are offering Flamekuchen (similar to a flatbread pizza) as it is fantastic especially when paired with their European wines. Cell service is very spotty so be sure to download maps before you get there. Drive the River Road for great colors in Oct. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bravo to Innkeepers Lee and Bob of the Green River Bridge Inn, Guilford Vermont for their superb hospitality at the best b&b that we have ever experienced. We came for the nearby Marlboro Music Festival but were totally blown away by this fabulous Inn and the warmest possible welcome. This was the highlight of our 37 day New England road trip. One late afternoon we enjoyed a surprise concert on the lawn next to the river by singer/songwriter Charlie Chronoupolos. We were blessed with three days of heaven. Gotta get back there ASAP.

Every moment of our stay was delightful! The grounds and rooms were beautiful and there was so much attention to detail, from the fresh-baked scones greeting us on arrival to the fluffy guest towels and fresh flowers. Lee and Bob made us feel at home in spite of our late-night arrival. The food was delicious and plentiful, there were games to play and places to walk or to relax. It was hands down the most beautiful bed and breakfast experience I have ever had. We felt pampered and welcome every moment!

We can’t imagine a lovelier weekend than the one we spent at the Green River Bridge Inn. From beginning to end of our stay we were overwhelmed with the beauty and comfort, with a perfect balance of traditional and modern. There’s a long list: wonderful food, beautifully presented; very comfortable room with good lighting and a great bathroom, amazing variety of birds at the feeders; on and on. Lee and Bob are kind, generous, interesting hosts who are devoted to the care and comfort of their guests. We felt so much like we were visiting friends that we almost offered to help with the dishes. Many thanks for a memorable experience!

Bob and Lee, the Innkeepers, left no detail undone! The Inn is located on a spot quintessentially Vermont, along side a rippling river, next to a covered bridge, on walkable grounds, nearby picturesque fields and trails, and perhaps most important, offers comfortable, well-equipped rooms, ours with a terrace, jacuzzi, towel warming rack, and sumptuous king-sized bed. Tea and lemon water always available free, wine, beer and other drinks available on request. Several comfortable sitting rooms on the ground floor. The breakfasts are home made-to-order, delicious and plentiful. Our group of 8 enjoyed Sunday brunch on the back porch nearby a handsome display of song birds feeding, the flowing river within earshot. Nothing less than a bit of paradise! Thank you for the warm hospitality!!
