The room we stayed on looks way worse than promoted on pictures. It is old, poorly maintained, and heating does not work. Check-in and out were automated, which was nice. Overall, the hotel is old style and needs renovation.

Left my make up bag in the room. Got in touch and was told how to reclaim. Good to their word it arrived today. Couldn’t be happier. Cost a fair amount in postage but way cheaper than replacing the contents. Staff going above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one.

I stayed here with my son for one night, since he had an open university day the next morning. I would recommend this in general for anyone going to the University of Sheffield, since the tram stop is a minute away and will take you straight there, on the blue line towards Malin Bridge. Great location overall. I have never stayed in a bad Premier Inn to be honest, so the room was just as you would expect, with all the usual amenities and comfortable beds etc. The staff were lovely! Really friendly, and there was no issue leaving our luggage for a few hours after check-out. I loved the bar and restaurant, really lovely and chilled-out space! Very good value for money, and I would definitely book again.

Great for weekend stay in the centre of town, only minutes from the centre of the city and 10 mins walk from all the main restaurants and bars. Room was extremely comfortable, bed is very good and power shower in the bathroom. This Premier Inn was different to others as it had its own Breakfast Floor which was extremely reasonable and offered full buffet breakfast, very convenient - normally the Premier Inns I stay at are next to a different restaurant to get breakfast. Has a deal with a car park near-by which was really convenient, half-price parking for 24 hours which is really good for the centre. Safe and secure, with key card access to the lifts and access doors on each floor. I'd go again and would fully recommend this Premier Inn.

The service from the staff was excellent. I arrived 2 hours before check in but asked if a room was available just on the off chance and after searching on the computer one was found and I was able to check in. The room itself was clean and comfortable I had a good night's sleep and the shower was also good. They also, very helpfully, have a free left luggage facility for anyone who's booked a stay. Again, helpful and friendly service. It's about a 10 minute walk from Sheffield station too. I stay in plenty of Premier Inns and this was one of the best! Recommended!

I started here with my family, wife and 2 kids. Family room was pretty spacious and very clean. Hotel is in good condition. The hotel bar area is very nice and we had a couple of hours in here, it's a nice place to spend some time. The hotel was very good value but the surrounding area had seen better days, I'm glad we didn't need to go far at night
