Room was odd and elerly, though large, with the handbasin in the bedroom. What ruined the day was switching the TV on before breakfast to be confronted with a message saying "F..k you" (but spelt in full!!) on the screen. Wife not impressed. Complained at reception, to be told "Ah yes, it does happen. You'll need to contact customer services if you want any kind of refund for your day being spoiled." Phoned customer services from home and explained how the incident had cast a shadow over the stay. Very little in the way of an apology from the young lady, and a bland "No, we don;t give any refund for that kind of thing.". So what triggers a refund with Premier Inns? An armed assault from a staff member?

Courtney as been very friendly and has gone out her way to make me comfortable when arrived. All staff have made our stay a pleasure. All have been very welcoming. Definitely the best perimeter I’ve stayed in due to staff being so helpful. Food was a great quality too.

Stayed here for the first time having stayed in many other Premier Inns over the years. So, this hotel was definitely at the top end of all the usual measures but the staff were absolutely exceptional and made our stay completely wonderful. A particular mention of Courtney and Sasha who were, kind, helpful, well informed and basically seemed to treat everyone in the same wonderful way. Thank you, you made our stay very relaxing.

Despite all the refurbishment going on the staff were all wonderful! Tina on reception was very helpful then the lovely Sally on breakfast duty was a real joy. The restaurant staff in the evening was so helpful as well. A real pleasure to stay somewhere so central too.

Another high quality Premier Inn everything was as I would expect from a City Centre Hotel. The staff were very helpful, they could do with getting a larger stock of Guinness and lose the cans, draught is best. Got to be honest you are pushing your luck with only one chef, its a good job he was good.

Oh, such a comfy bed. Large room with decent shower room. Very clean. Large TV, wardrobe and plenty storage. 2nd time staying here. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is great too. Fantastic location very close to centre. Can walk or Uber for £5.

Myself and a friend stayed in this hotel for a weekend break, and it was a wonderful experience! before we had even arrived we received an email explaining there was going to be work being done to the hotel, despite this, our stay wasn’t interrupted at all! All staff were very accommodating! but a special mention to Kris who made us a cup of tea after being out in the cold wondering all morning! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
