The location is perfect but the room standard is varied. Couple months back I stayed in the renovated room without bath but shower. I wanted to the same type of room this time but I was put into a disable room which had some very strong chemical smell and the bathroom conditions was really bad with mould and colour. Tried to change room but was not allowed. They said they could only move me to another disable room even I paid the same price for the renovated room.

An excellent, centrally located hotel with spotless and well furnished bedrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and were polite to us throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great trip all round, great sleep and no noise. The room was spacious and we all know the beds are glorious! Gowtha & Steve are a delight and during the breakfast service, went out of their way to attend to needs! Amazing service, Hotel.. overall excellent experience!

Great service, excellent staff and very clean room. Only grumble is the lack of smart tv as advertised and the wifi wasn’t particularly reliable which caused issues during teams meetings. Minor issues would stay again but maybe not upgrade to premium as didn’t see much benefit with the issues above 👍🏻

Fairly decent hotel which was situated close to the venue which for us was a blessing, room was good(it's a hotel and somewhere to sleep at the end of the day, not a permanent residence) considering it's size 12 floors, it was surprisingly quiet, breakfast was very good with a constant supply of freshly cooked food.

Good restful interior-sound proof with great city views. Restaurant staff hospitable and warm. The staff are very honest and professional when my husband forgot his expensive laptop in the room it was returned the next day. Car parking is helpful in this busy city Thank you

Almost next to the main railway station and also has good on site basement parking. Staff were very pleasant and wel coming. Rooms typically Premier. Dinner palletable and the breakfast was excellent. Beware the lifts. They are not linked and work independently seemingly with a mind of their own
