Jaz Mirabel Club

Hi everyone I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel for their professionalism, attention to customers, kindness and tact. 

My mother and I came to Egypt for the first time and, to be honest, the mood was skeptical because we read a variety of reviews where people expressed different opinions and they were not always good. Starting from the day of arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised that we were placed before 14.00 in the room. Throughout the rest, all employees were very attentive and each of them was ready to help in any situation, showing professionalism in their work. For the cleanliness in our room, we are grateful to the young man who delighted us daily with masterpieces of towels and flowers that decorated the bed. As for the restaurant and the cuisine in general, this is probably something that requires special attention! All the food is very tasty and very diverse, the staff is very polite and attentive always. Many thanks to the chefs who tried to make us enjoy every meal. Thank you to the confectioners for the delicious, varied and non-repeating desserts! Many thanks to the waiters, bartenders and managers of the restaurant and bars for creating coziness and comfort. Jaz Mirabel Beach is comfort, coziness, excellent cuisine, but most importantly a wonderful team of employees. The hotel itself is nice. It's a large property with plenty of space, set over a few acres with a private beach. However, the food and restaurant is something to be concerned about. On our 2nd day, my mum suffered with food poisoning. Other travellers too, some worse than others. I too caught a stomach bug from the food, and when approaching the management regarding this , they all seemed to be coached to say the same thing "it's the weather" how does mild weather give you food poisoning! I suspect the restaurant recycles food and doesn't store and prep food to a high standard which causes contamination. Be careful of this place as you are most likely to become unwell. I just wish the staff took it more seriously and improved their food hygiene.

Really enjoyed our two weeks on this complex. From reception where we were greeted with a smile, and taken to our room, we were impressed by how hard all the staff worked to make us feel welcome and valued. Our room was cleaned well daily by Mohammad ( a name which will crop up frequently in this review) and we were treated to great bed art. Service in the lounge bar, main restaurant, and Nicos Italian was so friendly without being too obsequious. Special mention in the main restaurant for Mohammad, Hamada, and Mustapha on the floor, and Mohammad and chef de partie Mohammad front of house. Memorable steak meal on our last night created by Chef de Partie was super. Can’t leave restaurant review without a shout out for our Chef des Ouefs. Food was plentiful and sufficiently varied, and the option was there to ask Mohammad for a particular favourite . Used the Italian restaurant twice, steak was excellent both times. Hotel was fairly quiet, so choosing sun beds was no problem daily, with a few hundred more if you walked through to the Mirabel beach complex. Enjoyed the nightly entertainment in the lounge bar, always a duo, plus whirling dervish and belly dancer on two nights. Special mention for Ricardo and Annie from Cuba, super voice and guitar work. Have never made such a lengthy review before, but felt we needed to do this holiday justice, well done Jaz Mirabel Park.

Just arrived home from a week at jaz mirabel beach , hotel beautiful, rooms a good size house keepers are very pleasant and work very hard! Food at the mirabel beach wasn’t a five star at all ! Not much selection some of the staff where rude, no plates at tea time , chips in plates and cups, wasn’t asked if we would like a drink with our meal waiters just looked at us and went and asked a polish couple! Sorry to say we will not be returning to this hotel again !

It was really lovely. Staff amazing 👏. Hands up to Mustafa and Mahonmed who did amazing cleaning and flowers 💐 in our room. My husband George & I felt loved and well served. We enjoyed this holiday 😀. I would recommend 👌 Thanks to all the amazing, professional and warm Staff.

I had an exceptional 6-night stay at Jaz Mirabel Sharm with my family, consisting of 2 adults and 3 kids. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade and early check-in, thanks to the amazing reception team. Our spacious room overlooking the pool was perfect for our family. We dined at La Fattoria restaurant, where the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Mariem welcomed us with a smile every morning, while Mr. Mohamed entertained the kids. Moustafa and both Osamas took excellent care of us, and Chef Attya ensured our culinary preferences were met. The Italian restaurant was a hit, especially with the kids loving the Quattro Formage pizza. The spa offered relaxing massages by both Thai and Kenyan staff, adding to our overall enjoyment. The staff's hospitality made us feel like part of the family, and the warm farewell from Mr. Kadery, the reception manager, sealed our desire to return. Our time at Jaz Mirabel was truly memorable, and we can't wait to come back again

This holiday was last min got to say it was very chilled the hotel was very nice very clean mohamed cleaned my room every morning by 10am and did a fab job A1 to him will say all the staff was very nice but I will say the boys in the lobby bar staff which I will give a extra call out to is hessan / elsayed / Osama / mohamed / zelad they was excellent good on them thxs so much for the fab service

Stayed at this wonderful hotel again from the 23.03.2023 to the 03.04.2023, arrived around 6pm greeted by the concierge team who quickly took my case and showed me to reception, quick and easy check in whisked to my room on the buggy with my case. I stayed in block a of the beach resort 1st floor room over looking the pool, room was large with large queen bed, toilet and shower room with plenty storage space for clothes and a safe to stash my valuables, this was cleaned daily by Mohammed who was amazing nothing was to much trouble, All the restaurants and bars are amazing with great selections day and night, my favourite restaurant was the adult only as it was relaxed and service was great all staff were amazing and accommodating especially Mohamed Wageh who remembered my drinks at breakfast, lunch and Dinner each day, blue and reef bars were amazing to sit in the afternoon sun and have a cold beer and a bit craic with the staff who are always accommodating and entertaining shout out to ratty and Moustafa in the blue, oriental and shroom bars again great service ideal for a chill and a bit entertainment on a night or some football the lads in there are amazing, Big Hossam, little Hossam, Kareem, ibrahem, Ryzk, Mohamed, Haythem sorry anyone I forgot, I decided to extend my stay and popped to reception spoke to Khaled the Manager who got me 2 extra nights and wael got that booked straight away for me again all managers recognised me and always came to have a chat about my stay, Wael f&b mansger, Ali the bar manager, Yasser entertainment manager and the desk manager, the grounds are kept immaculate as is everything, looking forward to returning May for another 10 nights.

My husband & I stayed in Jaz Mirabel Club for 4 days…. Nice hotel , rooms nice but a little dated. Reception staff helpful and friendly ( Ali & Mohammad) Food in main restaurant was ok but preferred the al la carte restaurants mainly the Asian & Middle Eastern , staff friendly & professional , the food was absolutely delicious , we were served by the lovely Ahmed at the Oasis pool bar/ restaurant near to main part of the hotel, simple lunch was nice and the staff there were very nice also, the Mojitos with Tequila in the lounge bar (Boudoir) were the best I’ve had , a big shout out to Gaber Mekky who is now to me the king of cocktails making …. The one criticism I have is the mini bar is not stocked on an all inclusive package , which I found strange & first time I’m experiencing this , even to have some refrigerated bottles of water would have been nice !! But thanks to all for making our short stay so pleasant
