Обычный отель, средний, но денег своих не стоит. На 5* тут точно не тянет. Максимум 4* этот отель. Старая мебель, треснутый кафель, что то не работает, еда приедается на третий день. Соки - химия, натуральные - редко. Не стоит своих денег, до моря далеко ходить через другой отель, и то там пляж на 3 отеля, лежаков вечно не хватает. Территория маленькая, по сути колодец во дворе вся территория. Второй раз точно бы не вернулся. Пс. Один раз видел в столовой парень пальцем протирал грязь с чистых кружек, который на раздаче стоял, с тех пор пили только из бумажных стаканчиков

Da wir hauptsächlich zum Tauchen vor Ort waren, lässt meine Überschrift schon vermuten, dass wir nicht zu hundert Prozent auf unsere Kosten kamen. Wir mussten meist um 6 aufstehen. Unser Zimmer befand sich zwei Stockwerke über der „Abenddisko“, die täglich von 18-23 Uhr stark besucht wurde. - Dafür kann und kenne ich nun sehr detailliert die aktuellen Charts der russischen Popkultur. Allerdings denke ich, dass der Hauptteil der Kundschaft sehr zufriedengestellt wurde. (Hauptsächlich Russen mit hohem Alkohol und Partyverlangen) Oft wird man auf Russisch angesprochen. Der Service ist jedoch sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist weitestgehend okay und dem Preis angemessen. Lediglich einen Tag hatte ich „Pech“. Wir haben uns den Tag über kaum im Hotel aufgehalten. Die Zeit die ich dort war, war jedoch in Ordnung! Der Weg zum Strand ist aktuell durch eine Baustelle etwas weiter und beträgt (sofern es nicht doch irgendwo eine Abkürzung gab) 25 Minuten mit dem Fußbus.

Für eine Woche in Sharm wählten wir dieses Hotel aus. Es ist überschaubar mit einem grossen Angebot. Zum Strand geht es durch das Nachbarhotel ca. 500m weit mit dem Lift runter zur Bay. Dort hat es einen eigenen kleinen Hotelstrand. Vom Service her nehmen sich die Mitarbeiter grosse Mühe. Besonders der Pool -und Strandservice sorgen für Ordnung und Sicherheit. Das Buffet-Restaurant ist standartmässig eine durchschlagen und zu später Stunde nicht mehr allzu schön anzusehen. Dafür können die A-la-Cartrestaurant (Mexikanisch und Italienisch) sehr empfohlen werden. Die Tischreservierung ist nur zwischen 10-14 Uhr möglich. Dafür kann man das Essen in angenehmer Umgebung genossen werden. Schade fanden wir, dass wir teils aus Gewohnheit in Russisch angesprochen wurden. Denn diese Touristengruppe ist die Hauptkundschaft. Diese schätzen auch das All-Inklusiv-Angebot mit einem ausgesprochen grossem Alkoholkonsum. Das nahe Shoppingcenter ist in Fussdistanz und bietet gute Abwechslung. Auch findet man Apotheke, weitere Restaurant und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Wir waren als Gäste des Tropitel Naama Bay in das gegenüber liegende Tropitel Waves zur Besichtigung und anschließenden Essen in das Italienische Restaurant Trattoria eingeladen. Das Restaurant ist klimatisiert und sehr ruhig gelegen. Zu Essen gab es eine Empfehlung des Hauses: Zuerst gab es eine köstliche Pilzsuppe mit warmen Fladenbrot. Dazu einen gemischten Salat mit Hähnchenstreifen. Als nächstes wurde eine Pizza zum probieren, sowie Tomaten mit Mozzarella serviert. Beides sehr lecker. Als Hauptspeise wurden dann Beefstücke in Pilzsosse mit Kartoffelpyree und gemischtes Gemüse gereicht. Das war geschmacklich das Highlight. Einfach köstlich. Als Nachtisch konnte aus verschiedenen Angeboten gewählt werden. Auch diese waren sehr lecker. Auch der Service war erstklassig, so dass ich dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.

Amazing totally amazing yet again. Was so happy to see BOB And his staff around the pool really attentive and made the holiday . The food was really good and the restaurant staff was so so good and so so attentive to everyone and going out of their way to help everyone the staff over all was fantastic our room 2nd to none we are going to return in November because we miss it so much

We stayed in Namma Waves for a week all inclusive. I would say this hotel is a 4 star. The rooms were spacious and clean. A decent size balcony . Bathroom was huge with a bath and separate shower. The hotel staff were the most friendliest staff I have meet on holiday . There are so lovely and accommodating. The guest relations check in with you during the staff to ask for feedback to improve your staff. The staff really are credit to the hotel . The entertainment team provide loads of different activities for all the family to enjoy . The hotel offer a wide range of drinks and the cocktails are lush. Ice cream is available for all . You have all inclusive included at the beach if you go the selected area they offer drinks and food at the beach and sun loungers . The pool area is clean and sun loungers and towels included we did not experience any sun bed wars which was amazing. The wave pool and slides are available for all to enjoy . During the stay they introduce a restaurant that provided meals such as chicken nuggets , burgers chips rolls chicken burger and a selection of rolls . The main restaurant offer lunch and dinner the food was good maybe less of selection if you are a fussy eater however we were able to find something to eat for lunch and dinner . We was not keen on the breakfast however lots of guest were enjoying the breakfast. You can book trips through the hotel I would recommend the buggy through the desert was an amazing experience. We would return and one of the biggest reason is the amazing staff.

Came here for 11 nights for a family holiday including 3 children. The only con I have is the food really needs improvement, there isn’t really anything for the English, maybe fries and some soups and rice. If they changed that would definitely come back. Staff cannot do more for you, the towel man and Barracat by the pool were shiny stars! All the bar staff very attentive, mamood(sorry if spelt incorrectly) was great, made us any cocktail we wanted and special kids cocktails, restaurant manger and staff were lovely, we weren’t even allowed to queue for our drinks anywhere we were told to sit down and they would bring them over. One day my 11 year old was unwell and just wanted some tomato soup and the chefs made him some up just for him and someone even brought it up to our room for us! The staff really are the stars of the show here. Pools were nice, slides fun, wave pool also good fun, could do with a lick of paint but no real problem there. About a 20 minute walk down to the town lots of food places, bars and shops. We went to a dolphin show and swam with them which was really good and also did a quad biking experience, well worth the money. Thank you Naama Waves

Il start with the negatives I promise there isn’t many BUT! This hotel does not cater for the English when it comes to food. I have been to Egypt 4 times so I don’t write this review lightly. The food is poor and is a massive let down to the hotel. Breakfast don’t expect a fry up of any sort or equivalent. The meals was the same every single day dinner beef in gravy, tea time beef in gravy. Following day lunch beef in gravy tea beef in gravy. This does not change the selection is poor and my children struggled to eat for the week and lived off chips for dinner chips for tea every single day. There is a bbq and it’s chicken or fish but the chicken is very dry apart from tomato sauce there isn’t anything else. Pancakes for kids in the morning (take Nutella as they don’t have any) there is no children’s food section in the restaurant. Don’t expect to see pizza or nuggets etc unless your child is starving and you have to complain about how bad it is to management for them to offer to make you up pizza and nuggets it should be standard it’s a hotel aimed at family’s! The snacks by the pool bar was mashed potato and boiled eggs bread chips and something fishy! They only seem to cater for the Russians/germans. The ice creams was served 3-5pm daily there was no kids club, you can not use the facilities at the “sister” hotel there is no English pub don’t be fooled! The entertainment was shocking and everything stopped by 10.30pm a woman singer or a man on a guitar. The odd belly dancer when they turned up. On a more positive note - the hotel is clean the rooms are clean big and spacious. We didn’t have robes and slippers mind even though these was advertised. The mini fridge is only stocked daily with water. It really is a stunning hotel the wave pool needs to be emptied and some tlc it’s let’s the pool area down massively. The slides opened 10.30-12.30 then 2.30-4.30 daily. The lifeguards are on point towels was laid for us daily before we had even got out of bed which was a nice touch but it was expected for a tip and a proposal of being there girlfriend. They can be inappropriate at times I had my 12yo daughter and they kept saying how beautiful she was … and she is! But to say to her how old are you and a grown man say he’s the same age let’s get married .. and come back in 5 years etc! Just have your wits about you. There is darts, yoga, aqua aerobics and a ball game in the water daily. The drinks selections isn’t the greatest but we managed. The pool bar man deserves a shout out he works hard and only has to walk past see your glass is empty and refills. The cleaners are very polite and like to get to know you on first name basis! Mexican restaurant the food was nice and the Italian was nice. You get to choose one or the other to dine in while you stay we had both as we had complained. WiFi is good can connect 3 devices at any one time. The highlight of are trip was the foam party down the beach defo worth a visit! It’s only

We have just got back from a 14 night stay in Naama Waves and what can I say, we have had the best time! The pool recreation team were brilliant, so attentive and so good with the children especially Bob - he made our time at the pool with our children enjoyable and so safe. The staff honestly made our holiday, ensuring we have beds every morning and catering to every need. The animation team were also brilliant, always making sure everyone is getting involved and so fun for the children. My son is so shy but really came out of his shell with “the dancing lady” as he called her. Cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant, towels and bed linen changes at your request, room cleaned every day. The food was lovely, however I wish there was more choice for children but I do have 2 picky eaters. The restaurant manager always made sure kids were happy with food and always offered for the kitchen staff to cook the children chicken nuggets. Bar team were also brilliant, always offered to bring drinks to the table etc. Only criticism I have about the pools was the wave pool definitely needs the floor redoing as there was a lot of peeling paint making it very rough and scratchy. Honestly do not have a bad thing to say about any member of staff, they couldn’t do enough for us!!

Good points. Staff can't do enough . I know they have tips but even so they are just friendly and go extra mile. Staff make the hotel. Pool lovely. Slides good. Wave pool good(could do with a lick of paint though) Food in restraunt is basic but what there is it's OK, fresh omelette every morning. Bbq cooked everynight are the best bits.The a la cart restraunts are lovely though the Mexican and the Italian are really nice. You get one visit to each per week One night there was nothing by son would each typical kid so they cooked chicken nuggets and chips for him fresh. I never book to go to same hotel twice but if someone said we had to come back here I would be happy. The shops are also only a 10 min walk through the hotel opposite. Night entertainment there is a kids disco on every night and then some sort or show they are OK some better than others and they do aqua gym in the day Felt safe all holiday with a 4 year old. Note to management we are not bothered what the staff wear would make me feel more comfortable knowing they are comfortable.....let the pool bar guys were t shirt and shorts they don't stop all day and are dripping on sweat as wearing black trousers and long sleeve shirts. What to say… beautiful staff.. the pool staff, bar, restaurant.. management.. reception.. cleaners… perfect.. humble and can not do enough for you.. Bob the pool boss adopted our son and they all watched out for us.. sun bed ready every day and drinks before you could sit down. Walk across the road to the sister hotel.. go down the lift to the beach.. so quick. Food was good.. always something.. Rooms clean and spacious.
