Restaurant good and bar good, rum good, beach good. Swim good and animation good and show good. Kids good and staff hotel good. Omar, Kenzie, Jaqueline, Michael, Gioia, Zoia team very good and acqua beach and reception good,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This hotel is a big NO!!!! They sell it as all inclusive so NO it is not! They do not even have bottled watter. You have to go each time miles to the bar, stand in line, and get a glass of water. They give you one bottle a day to you room. But its not allowed to refill it. Alcohol of course is not included, but this was not as issue for me. Lack of water was the biggest inconvienence. And second " best" is a stuff in the reception. They are just rude. I can't fully blame them, there are those stupid rules. But please note, if you arrive early, you can't even get water without paying extra for it. If your pick up is late, you can't eat lunch or dinner, because they cut your bracelet right after check out :))) after staying 2 nights, I changed a hotel. Sorry, but I didn't want to soend my holiday chasing for simple water bottle :))))

The hotel is ok, definitely not 4 stars. The staff is friendly, but not very helpful, the rooms are not very clean. The food at the restaurant it’s average, but wouldn’t recommend. The only good thing about the hotel was the animation team, they were super friendly and fun 🤩

We are for the first time in Sharm el-Sheikh, so Honestly, the food and staff are not the best, but the hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the animation team is wonderful and very active, they are trying their best to cheer us up. thank you for your service, guys

Very nice facility with great beach and pool and very kids friendly , but the food are very poor and restaurant staff are very rude. The rooms are ok but old needs to be renewed , the hotel have nice aqua for both kids and adults , also have warm pools for winter. Generally it’s good value for money.

Al-Jafy is one of the best hotels I have ever been to in Sharm El-Sheikh. Seriously, everything is delicious. The food is very nice. The treatment of the class is beyond imagination. They are very respectful. The parties are very nice. The music of the aqua park for the children. The sea and the beach. The coral hair and the urine are very nice. The cleanliness of the rooms is very beautiful. Everything here is organized and everything. Really beautiful

Animation team is very good.and active Beach and sea area are excellent. Food and main restaurant services is bad. Waiters and chef's are not helpful and should be trained well to deal with guests.. One of chef's told me that the materials are expensive and suitable for prices of guest rooms reservations. The rooms are clean but small.
