Der Service ist äußerst schlecht und die Einstellung des Personals an der Rezeption ist abscheulich. Sie behandeln Asiaten anders und diskriminieren Chinesen. Sie blicken auf kniende Amerikaner und lecken, der Aufzug ist kaputt. Es gibt keinen Bus in der Lobby, um dorthin zu gelangen. Es ist niemand, der Sie dorthin führt ist nicht so gut wie ein 50-Yuan-Hotel für eine Nacht, das ich je gesehen habe. Es gibt keinen besseren Service als dieses Es ist abgestanden und die Nachttische im Zimmer sind nicht abgewischt. Es ist wirklich eine Schande, dass ich ein Hotel bewerte. Es ist schrecklich.

Location in the center of naama bay. Close to all the cafes and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby. All the staff were very accommodating and polite. On the first morning of our stay we were given. Complimentary Drinks, snacks, and fruit. Which was brought to our room, along with a private invite to have dinner in the restaurant. We had a very pleasant staff.

Hôtel très grand avec plus de 600 chambres, un buffet, certes existant mais qui parfois et donne l'impression d'être dans une immense cantine.
Points positifs,
Bien située dans la rue commerçante.
Plages privées à 10 minutes à pieds.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The animation team was fantastic, the bartender was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. I totally recommend this place—and I’ll definitely be coming back I would like to mention one person from the animation team was so good he's name is Abdo .. just wanna say keep the great jop

Just arrived home,brilliant hotel,spotless our cleaner sammy was amazing,decorated the room for msons 18th birthday,the pool lad and pool bar lad was great lads I never had to move off my sun lounger and staff at the main bar and the ome onky level 3 were brilliant,food was great and location was the best,thank you for a great week.

We arrived at 8pm and was told the same story the reception tells a lot of guests (you have been upgraded). We were told to go straight to the restaurant and come back down for our cases afterwards. The Palm Restaurant in the main building is absolutely filthy and the food was awful. We were showed to our room, 530, and if that was an upgrade I really daren't think what a basic room is! The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and there was a green flashing light from a box on the wall that really disturbed our sleep. The room was never cleaned properly for the whole 11 days we were there. The pools need retiling and cleaning at the very least. The main pool bar barely has any drinks to choose from and the staff are non existent! The Grill restaurant was slightly better but still had very limited choice and opened food resulting in flies on the food all the time. We got back to our room one night, and clearly someone had been in and tampered with our safe. When we told the guest relations lady she was unconcerned and said that housekeeping always attend twice in a day - and it just have been the cleaner, but our room was never cleaned twice. The British guests we spoke to all said they couldn't wait to leave. There is a clinic on site, and I had to be given iv fluids and antibiotics due to gastrointeritis. I have been to Egypt many times, and this has never happened before. It was definitely due to the food and lack of hygiene in this hotel. The sister hotel Naama Waves was the only reason we stayed as we used their facilities every day. The staff, pool and food are amazing ! Go to level 5, walk to the gate and across the road to get to the hotel. Naama Bay Hotel will not tell you about their sister hotel. My advice would be to stay there and definitely not at Naama Bay Hotel.

At the same time we would like to note that no one can break into your safe as only you know the password yourself, and the cleaners do not have any additional keys to open it now on their own. The reason for the error on the safe may be a battery failure (but the safe will not be open) or an incorrect password entry. When you contacted us, there was also no information that your safe was open, but only information that there was an error on it. In the hotel, in the evenings, cleaners actually go through the rooms to clarify whether any help or additional cleaning is needed, if they have not come to you before, perhaps you had a do not disturb sign on the door at the time of the inspection. Hotel is definitely not a 5 star, more like 3. The staff are absolutely amazing and can't do enough for you the food was ok we always found something and was always hot, we spent our time around the sunrise pool/bar was lovely don't have to get up early and not over crowded. The room was dated and the beds are rock hard but ok for what we needed. Only 1 bottle of water in the fridge nothing else. We stayed in 900 block away from the main building as have seen reviews about it been noisey was quite where we were. The grounds are kept clean overall we did enjoy it but wouldn't return the hotel was full of rude Russians
