Sharm Holiday Resort

Perfect hotel location. Literally a 10-minute walk to the center of Naama Bay where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Next to the hotel there is the Genena shopping center and Fox Cafe where you can drink delicious juices at very low prices. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Bottled water is delivered to the rooms every day. Hotel has two beaches : Hadaba for those who like diving and snurkling and sandy Kanabesh beach. Food was good and there was something for everyone. The biggest advantage of the hotel is amazing staff. Especially Haytham from restaurant. Always smiling and helpful. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel and I will definitely come back

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. Special thanks to Mohamed (small & very friendly) from the restaurant and turky from entertainment all the staff were so very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. If we can't get back in October then will definitely be back next August. Keep up the good work #likefamily.

During my last visit to Sharm Holiday Resort, I noticed new enhancements for the Resort including Rooms, Restaurant and Beach. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is really helpful as well as friendly specially Reception Staff. Restaurant has got enhanced by various types of food, It has got new decorations. Beach has got changed to Naama Bay " Kanabesh Beach " which is 100% sandy beach and suitable for Families. Hotel has 2 Beaches but I think Sandy Beach is very suitable for Families. Pool is clean and crystal. At crowded or rush moments, you will find out that staff can handle that without any issue. Special Thanks to Hotel Management : Mr. Ibrahim, Reception Staff & Guest Relation: Mr. Mohamed Lashen, Mr. Nader, ZIZO, as well as every staff person .

I loved the hotel. It’s very family friendly and well organised there are good people there I will definitely come back again The restaurant is good and food is also good everything is close to Naama Bay I will be there every year and there are good friends who work there

Rooms. Paid for superior pool view room in block 9, 1st floor. Faced tennis court and family pool. Was nicely placed and quiet near back exit from hotel. Room spacious and large balcony. In need of refurbishment but was comfortable and functional and kept immacuatly clean by our wonderful cleaner. 2 small bottles water left every day. If you like a cuppa in morning take travel kettle and cups. Fridge, hairdryer and toiletries supplied. Pools were too cold for us personally to enjoy so didn't use but lifeguard worked hard and ensured we were comfortable during day. Staff. Every single member of staff were kind and courteous and couldnt fault them in any way. They are a credit and make the hotel what it is. Food. Very disappointed with choice and not geared up for the British taste, not a huge choice or variety and only so many times you can eat rice and salad. Having said that, when we did eat the food was always hot so that was a bonus. Bread and rolls were very sweet and had to ask if you wanted butter. Same fruit evey day melon, orange and sometimes figs.  Only bothered with breakfast one day No fruits were available. Stupid little plastic flimsy cups and paper cups for tea and coffee, which can understand around pool for safety but when eating there should be proper glasses and china. They did it for one day when they were having an inspection and what a difference to enjoying a drink it made. Location. Was ok as we enjoy walking. Out of front hotel turn left few minutes walk is Genena City shopping and food mall and the most amazing bakery. Not a lot of shops as it looks quite new but a nice hour wandering around. Back exit of hotel turn right down an incline for about 10-15 minutes brings you to Naama Bay with nightlife, bars, restaurants and so many shops. If you turn left from hotel there is just past the police check point a fabulous little eatery with a choice of pizzas, seafood and OMG the best ever smash burger, called mix n munch. Food to eat out is so so cheap and we have eaten every day out as couldnt face hotel food. Entertainment and alcohol. Cannot comment as we do not partake in these. Overall for the price we paid for 2 weeks apart from the food (maybe partly our own preferences) we did have a lovely holiday mainly due to the wonderful staff. Recommendations. Proper cups and glasses at least for meal times. A coffee machine.  Provide more variety fruit as this is plentiful in Ssssshops. Just a few ideas would make this an ideal budget getaway, having been to Egypt over 20 times, these few things would have made it a perfect holiday.

This is a lovely hotel I would rate it as a 3 star not 4 but saying that the staff and facilities were lovely we were well looked after by the restaurant staff, entertainment staff, bar staff and reception they were all very helpful. Pool was lovely with slides to play on there was plenty of sun loungers to go around and you have plenty of shops to look around within walking distance of around 5-10 mins. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
