A life saver if you need a place to stay around the Sharjah Airport area! Very helpful and kind staff! Walking distance to the airport.

The front desk staff was amazing! February 16, 2024, I travelled a great distance from the USA (America) and my university reserved my room but did not submit the payment when I arrived at the hotel late at night. While I waited for the transaction to be completed, the front desk staff made me feel very comfortable and gave me my options so that I can enjoy my stay. (I forgot the gentleman's name but he is tall and wears glasses like me - excellent communication and professionalism). What started as a two-week stay became at total of seven weeks, as I was looking for an apartment and also teaching classes. The Director of Sales Mr. Majd Kablan (Syria) was very gracious and helpful in helping me extend my stay and ensuring that my extension was secured at the best rate to save me money. During that time I experienced the utmost exceptional customer service experience. I was greeted every day with smiles and the front desk staff never hesitated to call me a taxi until I secured a rental car. Lucy (Tanzania) always formally greeted me with a smile and made me feel valued as a customer. The gym facility was always clean and accessible. I felt safe because the security staff consistently surveilled the areas to ensure guests' safety. My room was always clean because the housekeeping staff were constantly attentive. My housekeeper was Thomas (India). He was amazing with turning over my room, very consistent. During my extended stay, I needed laundry and pressing services for my clothes. Samon in the laundry department was great in making sure I received my clothes on time. He always greeted me in the hallways and asked if I ever needed anything. My clothes always smelled fresh and clean. My dress shirts and trousers were consistently pressed very well. This was important because I am a professor and I must wear business attire daily. Now for the food! I got almost gained weight and got fat. Hahahaha That is why I speak confidently of the gym. The breakfast and dinner buffet always had a variety of international/continental food offerings. Each day I challenged myself to try a new dish and beverage from a different country (muhammara, chicken and lamb biryani, lubia bil zeit, lamb ouzi, vitmo, and kamruddin, for example). The chefs and line cooks prepared flavorful dishes representing a variety of cultures that left me full at each dinner. Ramadan iftar dinner was particularly enjoyable as they invited a live musician patrons would enjoy each night. The dining area was always clean and organized. Keerthi (Sri Lanka) and Azar were very active in making me and other guests feel accommodated at dinner. They always were professional and courteous. I have watched them make other guests feel welcome and they accommodated dietary needs and guest's dinner reservations. Additional outstanding dining staff include Yoshani (Sri Lanka) and Mary (Kenya). Their friendly smiles and attentive service enhanced the dining experience. Because I enjoyed the available desse

Have stayed here a year now and there are many staff that deserve much praise and appreciation At the housekeeping MISS BELAY is very efficient , polite with a permanent smile Ever ready to help At the front desk MISS MAE , GANESH & SHABEEN are sincere and efficient at their work You will be met at the concierge by ABID and possibly SURAJ who are ever helpful and polite There’s more to appreciate but with the intention to keep this concise I will write another review

This is a modern hotel property and the closest hotel to Sharjah airport. You can see it from the terminal, but it´s difficult to walk there from the airport. No shuttle bus and I got swooped on by a taxi driver who charged me AED45 for a 2 minute run. Apart from the taxi ripoff, the hotel itself is OK and has a good buffet restaurant and a tiny Starbucks.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This is the worst hotel in sharjah. I came for a business trip and they ruined my stay. They have 0 flexibility, 0 convenience and 0 professionalism. They don’t know how to deal with customers, they even lie to them. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The Room was good and clean but hand towel is dirty and don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste

Mahmoud the receptionist manager was very welcoming and supportive ,he made our visit very pleasant. Nagaraju the cleaner is very cheerful and cleaned our room perfectly according to our instructions. It was a nice stay.
