這家酒店服務真的挺好的，本來準備複製話術直接五星好評算了，但酒店一直催我五星好評，簡直無語，那我就認真一回如實、客觀評價吧。（好評不是催出來了，討要好評很令人反感，提升顧客體驗才是關鍵）。但是看在服務很好的面上，還是給你們一個5星吧，後面別打擾我刪評價。 這家的服務真的是無敵，有一説一，無論是前台，還是清潔阿姨，服務真的超級好，這是我在柯橋住過所有五星感覺服務最好的一家，但是除了服務，其他的體驗太差了。以前基本都是住天馬居多，去年開始基本都是温德姆。這家酒店23年開業的，這麼新的一家酒店，為什麼房間裝修、設施這麼老舊，基本都是15年前的裝修風格和設施，床也不舒服，整晚沒睡好，想來這家嘗試下，第二天果斷換到了温德姆。 1.服務：真的超級好，比温德姆強太多太多，甚至服務可以比肩萬豪、希爾頓系列的，前台小孟、小趙超級好，給我免費升級了面積很大的房間。 2.設施：除了房間很大，價格便宜（終於知道便宜的原因了），其他的真的啥也不行，真的太老舊了，十幾年前酒店的感覺。第一次住五星看到貼牆紙的，其他的都是牆布、背景板，再不行像温德姆刮個大白也可以，牆紙真的很俗套。 3.床品：枕頭鴨絨枕，雖然不是鵝絨，但還不錯（很奇怪，柯橋沒有一家五星配鵝絨枕）。床墊真的太硬了，我不是很喜歡喜臨門，家裡用的是金可兒偏軟，不太喜歡硬床墊，可能是我個人原因，喜歡硬床的朋友應該很喜歡這家。 4.衞浴：台盆馬桶是貝朗，淋浴是高儀，都是大牌，水量很大，這點很不錯。 5.早餐：品種太少了不説，巨難吃。 但總體而言，這家價格不貴，還算良心，再次説一下，雖然酒店很LOW，但服務真不錯，還是給個五星吧，不拉低你們總分。
