Gutes 5-Sterne-Hotel in der Nähe der Bahnhofsstation. Das Restaurant ist nicht das beste. Der Massageservice ist gut.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

我和家人選擇的這家酒店，體驗非常好。酒店設施很齊全，服務更是沒得説，前台工作人員熱情周到，幫忙升級了房型，還細心推薦周邊美食。衞生方面，房間一塵不染，床鋪乾淨平整，衞生間沒有任何異味，洗漱用品擺放整齊。這次入住讓我們一家的假期幸福感滿滿，下次還來！

Good hotel, Well maintained, Camille and Aven were helpful and knows english, Location is nice with clean rooms and all amenities in room. One advice, can add more vegetarian options in breakfast.

整體都還可以，除了隔音效果有點差以外。國慶的時候住了一段時間，這次也還是選擇了這家店，店裡的工作人員態度很好，會主動打招呼，特別特別特別特別特別特別特別特別特別點贊那個短髮的阿姨，態度特別好很親切，我記不得她的姓名牌，衹記得她是江蘇的，短頭髮，阿姨人真的超級好，很和藹就像家人一樣，希望老闆看到後表揚那個阿姨，她真的很好很好，前一晚在交流中得知我第二天的航班回家她看我還沒有下樓就特意去樓上看我，要請我吃早餐，但是我預約去機場的車到了來不及了，表示感謝後阿姨送我到了7樓，真的很喜歡那個阿姨，後面去住了兩次都沒有遇到，不知道那個阿姨是不是已經沒有在那裡工作了，如果還在希望一次有機會還可以再見面。

先説優點吧，地理位置好，房間大，客房服務人員有禮貌，餐廳服務員也有點禮貌但不多 然後説缺點 疫情前入住過多次，每一次的餐飲都讓我很滿意，品種多，味道好。這次再選擇入住該酒店也是因為之前餐飲的好印象。沒想到這一次疫情後的首次入住，餐飲被改的槽點太多。一天包多少餐都沒有用，因為吃的東西太可憐了，和以前是不能比，不值得再去。 客房服務怎麼説呢？一早出門按亮了請清理打掃的顯示，一天行程下來回房已經半夜近12點，居然沒有打掃！聯繫前台後值班經理來處理了，也不能説人家態度不好。畢竟誠懇道歉了。説是因為我的取電卡插在卡槽裏所以客服人員認為房間內有人。他們酒店默認有人是不進行打掃的。那這個請清理打掃的顯示燈亮着有什麼意義，為什麼要設定這麼一個設施呢？而且一整天都不打掃不覺得奇怪嗎？客人也沒有退房啊。還説是一整天都顯示房內有人，客房服務人員也敲過門，沒有人應，打過客房電話沒有人接，但還是選擇不開房門檢查。客人一天也沒有進，也沒有出，也沒有叫水，也沒有叫服務，你們都不擔心的嗎？萬一是有人在裏面發生意外怎麼辦？當天值班經理也就是誠懇的道歉，然後親自給我做了客房清潔，然後就沒有然後了。其他酒店如果收到如此真實的投訴，除了及時改正外，或者換房，或者有小禮品贈送，讓客人的心情能夠好一點。而該酒店啥都沒有，連礦泉水都沒有多給一支。 上個月的行程，回來後一直忙着沒有寫點評，照片就隨便給兩張。
