LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor (Shangri-La Branch)

I stayed at Lisiman Xinsu in Shangri-La for 2 days, and it was a truly memorable experience. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical. The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories. The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!

we loved our stay here. all the staff were super friendly and helpful, going out of the way to make our stay comfortable. although the location may seem a little far, it is still very convenient and easy to get a didi/car to go around. the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, views are perfect and there are animals (sheep, deer, horses, dogs, ducks and geese) you can pet and play with. breakfast served was also fantastic - food was delicious and also healthy. they offer dessert to your room at night also if you want. family friendly for sure as well.

My wife and I were beyond pleased with our stay at Lisiman Inn! Service: All the staff were incredibly patient and helpful, both during our stay and even before it began. Their responses to our enquiries were almost instant. Not only that, they also helped us get a driver (on our own expenses) for various attractions. We also appreciate the night time goodies which they prepare for us every night e.g. yak milk and fruits and delivered to our room. We would give the entire service crew a 100/10 for going the extra mile for their guests. Hotel: Stunning views, adorable animals, and an excellent room! The amenities are adequate and beyond expectation e g. Dyson hair dryer, marshall speaker and projector -- everything was well thought of for our stay. There is also a free 20 min professional photography service with traditional costume for guests and we get to select 3 photos for our keepsake. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to return!
