SUYE Suye | Eastern Serenity Vivora Scenic Homestay (Dukezong Ancient City Big Buddha Temple)

Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut, es gibt sogar Sauerstoffversorgung. Was ich aber wirklich hervorheben möchte, ist die Haustierfreundlichkeit. Alle mögen Hunde, und wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei. Die Besitzerin hat auch einen kleinen Hund, der sehr süß ist. Außerdem sind die Besitzerin und die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber. Ich bin sehr wählerisch, was Unterkünfte angeht, aber diese kann ich wirklich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

The location is convenient, around a 15-minute walk to the main area of Dukezong Ancient City. There are also many shops along the way, making it easy to walk around and explore. DiDi can reach the homestay entrance directly as well, which makes travelling to and from the homestay very convenient. The entire homestay is beautifully designed with a comfortable and homely feel. There is also an elevator, which is not usually common in homestays, so this was a very nice touch. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There is also an oxygen diffuser, which is useful when staying in a high-altitude area. One downside is that there is a step between the bed area and the sofa area. As the flooring is the same colour, the step can be quite easy to miss and could potentially trip. It would be helpful if some form of indication could be added to make the step more visible. The breakfast was very hearty and came as a set. Toast was included one of the days, which was a nice change from the usual full Chinese breakfast. Afternoon tea is also provided and will be left in the room after the room has been cleaned. The homestay also offers self-service laundry, which is very convenient when travelling. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were prompt with our requests and also provided pick-up and drop-off services, which made arriving and leaving much easier. You can also communicate with the staff easily via WeChat, and they were very responsive. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed homestay with good service

The room was really comfortable and had a diffused oxygen supply. We stayed at Shangri-La for 3 Nights and luckily didn’t experience any altitude sickness. There’s also a pulse oximeter at the front desk, so you can check your blood oxygen level anytime. The room comes with a humidifier too. Remember to turn it on! 😆 We used it on the first night but forgot about it for the next few nights, and our nose and throat felt quite dry at night. So the humidifier really helps! Oh, and I really loved the self-service laundry facilities! After a week of travelling around China, it was so nice to finally wash all our dirty clothes and dry them right away. Such a convenient service for travellers! The hotel also provides a pick-up and drop-off service. They contacted us through the platform one day before check-in to arrange everything. Really convenient and thoughtful service!

Love love this accommodation! The design is so nice and the room is so spacious and clean too. As our 9 seater van can't drive into the old town, the hotel drove their car out to fetch us and our luggages! The front desk staff are super helpful. Oxygen is also provided in the room which really helps to ease my high altitude sickness. Would totally come back again!

Room is big enough, they refill the disposable towel and shoes everyday. Can pick up and drop off at train/airport for free! Near with the Old town

The staff there helped us with everything we needed, amazing room, amazing hospitality and we definitely enjoyed staying there throughout all our yunnan stays.

Lovely hotel, my friends and I stayed at one of the suite rooms, they have a projector and the rooms are pretty big. Their customer service was amazing, their owner made glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves. They also have an adorable dog!
