Lovely guesthouse right on the edge of Shangri La old town. Friendly hosts, beautifully appointed, clean rooms (although not soundproof), nice bath, delicious fruit plates. Highly recommended

The hotel location is near to dugezong old town & halal eateries. The host was so helpful. I cant breath at night due to high altitude. She provided the oxygen can (15 yuan) I get to try the yak butter tea for free at her sister restaurant. The butter tea tasted nice. She also helped to arrange a didi car for a day trip to songzanlin mountain. It was nice of her. She drove me to shangrila train station for free. I will stay at her place again when i visit shangrila in future

It was an amazing stay. We planed to stay for just one night but after we saw the super clean room, we decided imediatly to stay another night. The owner is so kind and helpful. She help us with everything the trip, taxi etc. she even brought us more water when we checking because of the heat. The shower , toilet and electric system are super new ( shower get too super hot .. so awesome! also her brother is super friendly He took us on a trip with very reasonable price and he drive really smooth and nice. I recommend to book the tour with them better and any other agency in town. We would totally come back to stay the same place next time.

The hotel is new and beautiful. And it is in ancient city area, so it's easy to explore around. There are free fresh fruits and candy at the nice reception area All amenities are there. Everything is convenient. The hotel offers free airport pick up but I didn't use it bcoz I came by bus. You can negotiate for airport drop off but not too early flights. But Didi taxi to airport costs only less than 20 yuan,. Because it's not far.

This is a beautiful hotel allocated near THe north gate of dukezhong ancient Town. Rooms is so cozy. THe bed and pillow is so Comfortable . THe room is spacious and clean and have all THe ammenities. Hot Water was nice. My room was at THe ground floor. Owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Halal food is available nearby as well for muslim traveller.

One of the most beautiful places we have spend the night. The owner are so nice and friendly. The room is clean, they even have heater in the room so you won't be that cold at night. The location is convenient, for Muslim traveller, it's super easy to find halal food. There's one right before the lane to the inn. It's also walking distance to the ancient city and really easy to catch a Didi. Recommended this place!

The hotel is incredible! The owner is extremely kind and helpful, the hotel is clean, warm, and beautiful. Rooms are hot, comfortable with the best bed we had so far in China. Very technological, hot and delicious shower, floor heater and bathroom heater, the best soaps, towels, and room material we had so far. The room is ******* style, extremely beautifully The hotel is very well located at the entrance of the old town. Super recommended for a stay in shangri-la!

Just a stone throw away from the old city. The room is designed in such a way that they mixed ******* culture with contemporary architecture/ design. Very high tech shower that they digitized the water temperature and installed with sensor lighting. The internet was fast and there was tv in the room, just great for me to hangout in the room. Heated wood floor and blanket made the room so cosy. And the skylight was a bonus. The owner was very kind and sociable. She even offered me wine made by them, which was lovely. I enjoyed talking with her because I can sensed she was genuinely enjoying our interactions. She is like a younger sister I never had. In conclusion, this property is warm and convenient at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this place for your stay at Shangrila. Tips: the restaurant just at the entrance was nice and cheap.

The room was so cozy and warm, even though it was cold outside. The owner very nice and they have a cute little daughter. I wished I had more time to play with her. I can recommend this place and if I come back I would stay here again. Actually it is very good value..with digital shower, heating, humidifier and everything is very new and the design is so beautiful. The location is great cause a taxi can drop you off right outside but you are also close to Dukezong It is impossible to give less than 5 !!!

Beautiful room just the same as in the advertised photos. High tech hot shower with good pressure. Bed was very comfortable with thick comforters. Floor heating was good, made the room warm enough in December with no central heater. Bathroom has no floor heating so a little cold but the toilet seat has warming. Very clean. High tech room with xiaodu is delightful. The host was always available and so friendly and helpful, always made us smile when we were going in and out. Location is good, right next to restaurants. Exceeded my expectations so I highly recommend.

Every detail, from the exquisite design to the thoughtful amenities, spoke of comfort and artistry. The service was impeccable, making us feel genuinely cared for. The only downside?
