I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, there was no assistance with checking in or with my luggage, which made the whole process feel impersonal.
The room itself was acceptable, but the water pressure was incredibly low, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a proper shower. This was a basic issue that should not be overlooked in any hotel.
Another significant issue was that no one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We had to find our own water and were left to deal with everything ourselves. After we contacted Trip.com to report our issues, the owner sent someone to cook porridge for us, but there were no additional items or variety. We stayed for four days, yet we only got this service on the day we complained.
Additionally, I had booked a room with breakfast included, but there was no breakfast service. No one informed us in advance that breakfast wouldn’t be provided, and when I asked at the front desk, it seemed like no one knew or cared about the situation.
Overall, this hotel was a letdown. The lack of basic services, slow water pressure, poor communication, and the minimal response to our complaints made for a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to find a better place to stay.
