1. The room are nice decorated and with smart home facilities like voice control etc and they prepare amenities for kids if you stated in booking remark 2. Free Afternoon Tea is a plus and breakfast is included 3. Owner provide a lot of snack and survenior for kids 4. Even though the far from city area, some restaurant in meituan app still allow to send the food to us with RMB 40 + delivery, that is good for us 5. If you are looking for good scenery and quiet place , this place is good for you :)

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is peaceful and quiet. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Quiet and serene place for everyone who wants to rejuvenate from their hectic urban lifestyle. Great amenities with the latest technology(xiao du) which enables voice control system. And the biggest plus is the presence of a clingy alaskan malamute by the name of Hong Gong Zi. And believe me, he doesn’t bite and you can take him on a stroll where he can bring you around to tour.

A Truly Memorable Stay at "Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve" I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve," and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the host, Guozi, who is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. Guozi went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She upgraded me to a larger room than what I had booked, which was such a lovely surprise. The room itself was very cool — equipped with all the latest Chinese technology, including automated curtains, voice-controlled lighting, TV projector, screen, and a music system. The heated floors were an absolute treat, especially in the chilly Shangri-La weather. The view from the room was simply breathtaking, with a full window wall overlooking the stunning landscape of the Napahai Nature Reserve. Waking up to such a view was an unforgettable experience. Guozi’s hospitality didn’t stop there—she even made tea for me, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The dinner is simple and delicious. Great coffee and Chinese breakfast in the morning. On the day of my departure, her husband kindly drove me to the railway station, which was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Another highlight of my stay was meeting Hong Gongzi (The Red Prince), their adorable and majestic Alaskan Malamute. He’s a huge, fluffy, and gentle giant who added so much joy to my visit. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll absolutely adore him! The location itself is stunning, nestled near the Napahai Nature Reserve, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. It is located well away from town. Overall, my experience at this home stay was exceptional, thanks to Guozi’s warmth, the luxurious and tech-savvy accommodations, and the charming company of Hong Gongzi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La and hope to return one day!

Breakfast, tea and fruits were good, owner was very hospitable

The room was very big spacious and well equipped. They have a working washer/dryer in each room, as well as an oxygen machine to ensure a good nights sleep. Will definitely come back to stay here!

Remote location that overlooks the wetlands. Beautiful scenery every morning. Breakfast a bit simple but good. Wish there was a bike or some kind of mobility for rent which makes it easier to get around if you do not have a car. Rooms are as depicted and are very clean and spacious.

香格里拉東籬下民宿絕對是我住過最治癒的高原棲息地！從進門那一刻就被窗明幾凈的環境征服，純白床品蓬鬆得像雲朵，衞浴角落實時擦得泛光，連地暖地板縫都看不見灰塵，對於潔癖患者簡直狂喜。更驚喜的是房間設備超貼心，加濕器緩解乾燥，智能馬桶温暖如春，最絕的是每間房都配了製氧機！高原反應時吸着氧躺在落地窗前，看氂牛羣像移動的黑珍珠綴在無垠草原上，藍天白雲在窗框裏化作流動的油畫，這種體驗獨此一家。 民宿的"明星員工"紅公子必須擁有姓名！這衹蓬鬆如蒲公英的阿拉斯加，每天早晨會蹲在院門口迎接客人，叼着玩具求摸摸的樣子萌化人心。玩累了就去隔壁自家咖啡廳——原木色空間飄着現磨咖啡香，老闆娘手沖的咖啡醇厚絲滑，配上現烤的甜點，坐在全景玻璃窗前看草原光影變幻，恍惚間像在瑞士小鎮。

這次香格里拉之旅能這麼完美，全靠住進了這家超棒的納帕海民宿！ 一進房間，齊全的設施就讓我眼前一亮。空調製暖效果超給力，香格里拉早晚温差大，有了它，寒意瞬間消散，暖到心坎裏。還有智能加熱馬桶，體驗感直接拉滿，每次使用都幸福暖意感爆棚。全屋智能客控更是科技感十足，燈光、窗簾動動嘴就能控制，太方便啦！ 閑暇時刻，往床上一躺，打開巨大的投影儀，選一部喜歡的電影，瞬間開啟愜意的私人影院時光 。洗衣服也不愁，小米智能洗烘衣機又快又安靜，完全解決了出行旅途又不想出門又不想用公共洗衣機的煩惱。 最讓我驚喜的是民宿的觀景體驗。門口那扇大大的落地窗，視野絕佳，每天清晨，不用出門，躺在床上就能將日出與雪山的美景盡收眼底，金色的陽光灑在雪山上，神聖又壯觀，每一幀都能直接當壁紙。 這裏的服務人員管家們也特別熱情，從辦理入住時的貼心引導，到遊玩時給出的實用建議，再到離開時的暖心送別，全程都讓人感覺像在家一樣自在。無論是幫忙預訂門票，還是解答各種問題，他們總是滿臉笑容，有求必應。 這次的住宿體驗太棒了！真心推薦給來香格里拉遊玩的朋友們，相信你們住了也一定會愛上！

納帕海環湖公路邊的建築，外觀、公共區域、客房都非常有特色，有設計感，非常喜歡，很幸運在攜程上找到這家民宿，很喜歡房間的設計，落地窗面對納帕海，躺在床上享受湖景，房間大，乾淨，智能化設施，房間裏還配衣物洗烘一體機，對我們出門在外近兩週的，太暖心了。女老闆非常熱情，幫助拿行李上下樓，在高原我們也確實提行李箱上樓很辛苦，離開時老闆還送了一袋“氂牛奶酪”給我們，感謝老闆。 有機會春、夏季再來一次。 推薦老闆的wu與蘇咖啡·草原觀景下午茶，面朝大海春暖花開。 一定要説可愛的紅公子狗狗🐶。

一處隱於自然的治癒之所。民宿設計融合藏式風情與現代簡約，原木色調的房間温馨舒適，落地窗外草甸如詩如畫。管家服務細緻入微，從酥油茶歡迎禮到徒步路線規劃都充滿温度。清晨在鳥鳴中醒來，圍爐煮茶聆聽松濤；夜晚壁爐旁翻閲藏地典籍，銀河彷彿觸手可及。離松贊林寺僅15分鐘車程，卻獨享世外桃源般的靜謐。這裏不止是旅居空間，更是一段滌盪心靈的藏地美學體驗。

這次來香格里拉住在納帕海這家民宿真的是不虛此行，入住前老闆娘會問需不需要接站，提供了精美下午茶，一樓還可以烤火。 房間真的太絕太絕了，很乾凈而且很舒適，有地暖和供氧設備，還有洗烘一體洗衣機，設備很齊全。最重要的是視野很好，可以看到日出！ 老闆娘很熱情好課，狗狗紅公子真的超級帥氣可愛，如果不是行程太趕，真的還想再住幾天，以後有機會來香格里拉還想住的民宿，真心推薦給來香格里拉的朋友！！！

有接送二選一服務！下了高鐵就有人來接，很方便！ 民宿養了衹阿拉斯加太可愛了！每天要和它玩玩 去的那天香格里拉下雪了，沿途的納帕海特別漂亮！一路上有很多牛羊馬 環境：很乾凈設施很齊全 服務：老闆很熱情 人超級好！

前一天老闆娘親自打電話確認行程給我們安排了接機 很周到 中途航班延誤老闆也很耐心調整了 帕納海那邊是比較荒 但是住宿隔壁就有小賣部 走兩步還有馬場 玩起來還是很方便的 住宿裏面也帶咖啡館可以點正餐和小食 住宿環境很好 配的早餐也很豐富蘿蔔乾好好吃啊… 房間很大特別好 有洗烘一體的洗衣機還有洗衣凝珠 投影幕布看爽了…搞的我們都不想出門玩了就想在房間裏窩着🥺 巨大的落地窗確實很適合看風景啊啊啊 還會有牛雞馬羊隨機路過… 老闆娘很細心 知道我們要去雪山玩提前給了我們更便宜的氧 走的時候老闆娘還送了小零食 下次來香格里拉玩還住這裏🥺
