Our stay at this place was great, as soon as we arrived the host picked us up from the airport and we were amazed by the landscapes. The room was amazing with once again one of the greatest view we’ve ever had in an hotel. The host was very welcoming and helpful and even brought us to a local place to have diner. During our 2 night stay he also cooked us a great local and traditional meal. He helped us organize our activities and drove us to many of them. We would definitely recommend this hotel especially for his owner and the views. Thanks for the amazing stay and hospitality you gave us.

The owner really nice. He offer pick up and transfer to the station. The location quite away from the downtown (30 mins) but the view really worth it

This is my second visit to this hotel, friendly and helpful boss and staff. Environment are good and quiet. Away from tourist spots but the boss is willing to help plan your itinerary during your stay. Should be planning for my 3rd in the near future.

We spent two nights at this beautiful guesthouse and wished we had stayed longer! The owner was incredibly helpful — he even helped us book a day trip to Balagezong and drove us to Dukezong Ancient City to explore. On clear nights we could see millions of stars right from the guesthouse, which made the experience even more magical. Shangri-La is so vast and breathtaking, and we will definitely stay here again to discover the hidden gems we haven’t explored yet. Tashi Delek! ❤️

The accommodation has a great scenic and the owner is very helpful providing guidance. Picked us up on time from the station. We were very hungry at the time and brought us to a very local yak beef restaurant, great taste.

This hotel was the best stay of my trip in Sichuan / Yunnan. I cherish the countryside and i was apply to go out of the city to enjoy the slow life, the real life with nature and animals. This stay gave me everything! The owners, 仁安 里 and Jiren, welcomed me like a was family. I was starving and they invited me to have dinner with them. It was really nice and i felt really included into their community. The room was spacious, luminous, and confortable with a huge bed ! I really loved staying on the sofa in the morning, when the sun was blazing. The breakfast was good and generous. My favorite day was to discover the surrounding of the hotel, walking in the village, seeing all the cute animals (cows, baby cows, dogs, cats, poneys, roosters). The owner was so considerate to me, he drove me to Shangri-La city center because no taxis were available. Visiting the old town, i was so happy to have chosen a hotel away from this touristic place. He also picked me up and drop me off at the train station. I would absolutely recommend and return to this hotel. I loved it very much. It gave me the opportunity to relax, discover ******* culture and amazing people, and live the slow life. Thanks again, and Tashi Delek !

Great services, very kind owner and staff, The hotel located in the great view of Napahai area. Will definitely come back to stay here again.
