This hotel was superb! Everything was clean and their toiletries smell so good. Had a scenic morning walk at Guang Fu Lin park right beside the Hilton.

Immerse in quite and relax suburb of Shanghai in Songjiang, with lakeview and nice sunset.

Location wise, although it's a bit far from Shanghai city centre but it's just right next to Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park which includes an underwater museum. It's a great attraction and worth visiting! Ambience wise, it's full of wow factors and worth staying. Service is good and very attentive. Room is very clean and spacious with a big round tub.

Nice stay with my children. They had fun in the indoor playground and also had fun feeding the animals. The room with lake view was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. The food and breakfast were great, it's definitely worth booking.

Hotel seems new, facilities are well design and maintained. Staff is polite and accommodating. Food choices are fairly limited, which is challenging due to remote location if you plan a weekend stay with friends. The executive lounge has limited opening hours starts at noon with very limited choices…way below comparable executive lounges …breakfast is in the main restaurant downstairs which is not a great experience on the weekend to say the least… sea view rooms are nice and with some BYO or delivery it can be a good weekend get away…

Amazing room and view, great experience and ten outta ten service. In addition, I had some problems to check into other hotels due to troubles with communication, but Hilton’s English line helped a lot and I was able to check in without any problems. Great breakfast as always, full of variety, this experience makes we want to stay in Hiltons more.

It is an outstanding place to have staycation. Friendly and helpful staffs, quiet area, direct access to Guangfulin Park. Overall was just great experience. The Indonesian fried rice almost similar to the original even though the taste was adjusted with the local spices. However, I do not get what is the purpose of having a playground with keeping the animals outside during this heat wave hitting Shanghai. I could see that the animals were incredibly weak and they do not have enough space to move around. I hope that the management could consider their viability instead of taking profit.

It was an excellent stay in all regards. Service. Location and food. I was especially pleased when staff helped organise a surprise birthday cake for my wife - complimentary. Very special. Only one very minor complaint was the breakfast. The hotel cooked very small batches of bacon in the morning having only enough per serve for 1-3 persons and a 10-15minute wait for new bacon. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in I’ve never had such a long wait for bacon. Just a very small thing I would point out, but I would still give this hotel 5stars!

We loved the mini zoo in the hotel, kids want to go everyday! The location is also very convenient and there's a direct access door to Guangfulin. The room is comfortable and the kids loved the oval shape bath tub. The scenery from the balcony was serene and comfortable.
