Nice room, although some guests smoke in the hotel (not allowed, but they just do it) great value for SH. Fang Zhang helped a lot with my luggage.

The hotel was very comfortable as were the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for us as family 10 minutes walk away. Few negatives being little storage for clothing in room . Staying for a fortnight in winter we needed a lot of thick clothing. Cool area near the windows but hot air from air con unit warmed the room. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would stay again . The delivery robot was very handy.

A horrible 1 week stay… openly unfriendly reception staff who behaved appallingly for all 7 nights… a sad end to my stay in China… the maids didn’t clean and had to be asked by trip.com to do it… knocking / thumping on wall in the fire escape next to bed through the night (i dont think it was accidental) …. A very different experience to last month, or maybe I’ve seen the true colours of the Ji Hotel…. Awful awful experience…. Rare i write a complaint or a review like this

The location is good with nearby a train station. The hotel also provide a good brand of mineral water.

Service was great. I arrived late and receptionist was polite and helpful

前台帥哥服務周到，五分好評，出差，需要入住好幾天，對服務很滿意，下次還會選擇貴酒店，服務熱情周到。。

早餐選擇不多，麪條配的肉醬還不錯，其他的乏善可陳。 電梯衹有兩部，而且巨慢，衹能用自己房卡上對應樓層，外賣上不去，要下樓拿。 衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶衹有座圈加熱，沒有其他功能。 酒店位置離地鐵站有點遠，要走一段路。

房間很乾凈 尤其是窗户 陽光照進來感覺很亮堂 下午曬曬太陽很舒服 有機器人服務 叫了外賣可以送上來 離地鐵站也不遠 適合去迪士尼

還是一如既往喜來登的風格，很喜歡下次還會住

中規中矩的全季酒店，距離迪士尼18公里，6站地鐵，但是離浦三路地鐵站有點遠，打車到迪士尼約60元。酒店附近有一家全家便利店。 服務質量好，我自帶了礦泉水，客服看到後多放了幾瓶水。早餐挺好，有現煮的麪條，也有蔬菜麪點水果酸奶。

房間還不錯

我最近入住了這家酒店，整體體驗非常滿意！前台服務熱情友好，辦理入住迅速。房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，床鋪特別柔軟，保證了良好的睡眠質量。酒店的位置也非常優越，交通便利，周圍有很多餐飲和購物選擇。整體來説，這次住宿體驗非常愉快，值得推薦給朋友們，期待下次再來！

淋浴裏好多小飛蟲 更可怕的是淋浴兩側低點的流水處有多條蠕動的細的蟲🤮 真的汗毛豎起 衞生好誇張……本來一進來看到枕頭上有一塊黑 算了 又看到被子上有一衹那種蟲 也算了吧…沒想到衞生間裏的蟲這麼嚇人！淋浴裏還有點異味…真的很無語！！！

衞生：乾淨 設施：好 環境：不錯 服務：好!!!!
