B's Service Apartment Hotel Bewertungen

This hotel has a great location right on the central subway line 2 with 100 meters walking from the subway exit. The room had all facilities mentioned yet there was no detergent for the laundry machine. Bed covers as well as towels were clean and dry but noticeably overused. The AC worked properly but the central ventilation system worked horribly. We turned it off after a couple minutes after its usage. It spread all the dust from the central ventilation collector. The reception desk service could be much more efficient. We had a situation. We left our paper bags from our train journey with some desposable (packed and unused) utensils and other personal stuff (a book). The room service for unknown reason decided that those huge accuratly storaged under the table bags are rubbish and threw them. The receptionist found nothing better than call to the service room and gave me a phone to talk to the person who cleaned it. Like it wasn't her concern at all proposing me dealing with hotel service. Nothing was compensated. They just don't give any meaning to it. For that reason that my book that I read in the train with all carefully prepared small and usefull things for the long journey gone the curent rating was given.
