It’s quite a good hotel. The building is quite old. The AC works fine, the bed was not the best but we still could sleep well. Overall is fine for a budget stay.

In 10 + years of travelling in and out of China via Shanghai, this is undoubtedly the Very Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Yes the location is great with respect to PuDong airport, but beyond that the place is rancid with the smell of active cigarette smoke & rubbish, there are bugs and flies everywhere, stains of blood on the walls, hair everywhere, and a shower I wouldn't never consider using. No wi-fi, If that wasn't bad enough, the gal who checks you in ( and is there 24/7) and gives you a tooth-brush, yes that's all, & she has got to be the most hostile person towards foreigners you will ever not want to meet !!! She is a Capital "B" with zero hotel skills, and once you check, the service stops and you are on your own. Take my advice ...AVOID this Hotel, it's filthy !!!!!
