Really nice place. Near the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC)

Great location and just what we needed for an early trip on the Maglev. A few points to highlight: 1. The actual flat is a 10-15 minute walk from the compound gate. Yes, the compound gate is around 150m from the Maglev Station but I would say the flat is at least around another 500m away. Not a problem for us but could be an issue with additional luggage or elderly relatives needing to walk. 2. Some rooms were very cold due to the design and facilities. The living room and master bedroom were fine though with better air-conditioning. 3. The beds were very comfortable. They were probably the highlight. Highly recommended if using the Maglev.

朋友聚會結束後，還有幾人留在上海沒走，就選擇住在了這裏。 房屋所在地區交通便利，去浦東機場有磁懸浮一步頭。去虹橋火車站與機場也有地鐵2號線一步到位。非常適合需要通行便利且人員眾多，分頭行動的狀況。

위치 찾기도 쉽지 않았고, 상태도 만족스럽지 못했어요.

房間乾淨整潔，房間也多，六個人住完全夠用，離展會很近，離地鐵站也近，老闆各方面照顧細緻入微，很抱歉忘記拍照片了，選擇這家肯定不會錯

酒店在地鐵站和磁浮站附近 十分方便 酒店是一個大型屋苑的小區裏 有好幾拾棟大廈 各方面配套 應有盡有 房間是2套2衞 有3張大牀 㕑房設備齊全 浴室還有按摩浴缸 我們沒有用到 沖涼的花灑不方便 喉管太短 牆上沒有安裝固定花灑的 要用手拿着沖涼 感覺不方便 有待改善

房子地點很好， 靠近地鐵和商場，住家小區裏有小超市， 房子空間夠大，衹是廚房用具不能用（飯鍋和炒菜鍋太舊了）， 沒有微波爐，帶長者不太方便, 晚上小區裏燈光比較暗。

整體來説是不錯的，位置好，地鐵站非常近，旁邊有幾家餐廳價錢便宜，味道也不錯的。 服務很好，回覆很快，溝通順暢，基本用的室內用品都很齊全。 唯一不足就是衞生欠了點，有灰塵，有蜘蛛網的，地板自己用紙巾擦了一遍，紙巾都黑黑的，廚房看見有幾衹蟑螂。 Overall it's good，The location is good, very close to the subway station. There are several restaurants nearby with cheap prices and good taste. The service is very good, the response is quick, the communication is smooth, and the basic indoor supplies are complete. The only shortcoming is that the hygiene is a bit lacking. There is dust and cobwebs. I wiped the floor with paper towels. The paper towels turned black color. I saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen.

房東人很好，幫忙簽收快遞並送到點，其他也很配合。小區離龍陽路地鐵站很近，環境安靜，但小區大，從75號過去有一點距離，出入方便。

展會期間的絕佳選擇，騎車10分鐘到展館，過馬路對面就是龍陽路地鐵站，交通方便，參展首選

很好，交通也便利，無論到哪裡也都方便，主要是東西忘記帶走還幫忙寄。

位置還是比較方便的，離地鐵站也比較近，旁邊也有幾家好的餐廳，有家新疆飯店味道還可以，值得品嚐，停車也比較方便！

設施：非常好的小區，房間很舒服 衞生：衞生挺好的 環境：環境沒得説 服務：老闆人很好
