Premier Inn Isle of Wight, Sandown (Seafront)

We enjoyed our best Eid Vacation on this hotel. We were warm welcomed by the receptionist Mr Waqar. He helped beyond our expectations throughout our stay. The hotel is situated on the best of the island. The buffet Breakfast was excellent . Only cons is that the hotel doesn’t have any free parking onsite, getting a paid space on the esplanade is really difficult. But most of the hotels on the esplanade don’t have free parking spaces.

Nice location on the seafront. Clean room, bed was fine, staff were nice. On street charged parking which was fine for us as it wasn’t too busy so we found a space close by. Food was expensive for what it was, no meal deal available and no wifi during our stay. Wouldn’t choose to stay at this one again as there’s another close by that has a free car park and a nicer restaurant. Just wanted to stay by the sea this time

We had a wonderful stay over the May long weekend! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to Waqar, who truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help with anything we needed stood out and really made a difference. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and we’re very grateful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable—the AC worked perfectly, and the pillows were especially soft and relaxing after a long day. Everything was just right for a restful stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety—something for everyone to enjoy. All of the staff were sweet, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay pleasant. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a great start to their day!

Good hotel. Clean and in a great area. Service could be better but overall pleasant . We stayed for 2 nights , moist first night but second night was fine.’staff couldn’t be anymore apologetic . We had a great holiday and looking forward to our next visit to the island

Had Premier Inn had the courtesy to inform us before we left home that their restaurant was closing after the first morning of our visit, we would have cancelled immediately. My husband is awaiting a knee replacement, is not very mobile and needs an early breakfast because of his medication.. All other restaurants/cafes were either closed, didn't open until after 9am or (we are vegetarians) told us they cooked meat and fish on the same griddle as vegetarian food.

Room spotless, let us check in 2 hours early. Only concern was the the house keeper took our milk sachets away and teabags what we had brought up to the room. Changed the milk for the little cartons when sje come to do the room, went to make a bru this morning and the milk had green mould in it. Check your milk cartons.
