Comfortable and value for money! Love the ambience especially when you at high floor. Nice view. Hotel is very clean and with amenities. Recommended!

From the security guard at the lobby till we check out from the hotel everything was smooth. The FOA greeted nicely and well brief about the room, facilities and procedures. Happy with the stay. The interior’s very nice. Definitely will come back because I only stay for 1 night 😅

1. Poor wifi 2. The rooms are different from the images, especially the colours of the walls. I was very dissatisfied. When I enquire about this, the receptionist said he can’t help me “if don’t like the colour of the walls”. I asked to check out the next day and find somewhere else to stay but they refuse to refund me. This basically trapped me at the property. 3. Rooms are in poor condition, bed is tough and the fan makes a loud noise when it’s turned on

This is our first time visit to the Hotel but Everything was very good.👍🏻👍🏻 Very good service by the security guard. Kids really enjoy the playground and swimming pool. The room is clean & comfortable. Nearby Giant Supermarkets. Will come back here again next time..

Almost everything about this hotel was great: great location, great room, clean and cosy and nice swimming pool for kids to enjoy. Only one thing that is needed for improvement - drinking/mineral water supply was not provided in the room. I am not sure if any water filter provided, I did not ask as we were quite busy outside and bought our own mineral water. Overall, we are happy and enjoy our stay.

Everything was good except for the slow wifi & water pressure for shower. Spacious room with dry kitchen. Kids really love the swimming pool & play area. *please do something with the wifi & water pressure.

Such a nice and clean hotel. The room is spacious and the service by the staff is superb. The pool also shady and you can enjoy the pool to the max.

Overall really satisfied. Breakfast buffet has variety of menu & delicious.Every interaction with the staff is characterized by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. Without a doubt, this is the epitome of luxury hospitality. The room is spacious & comfortable & also clean. Only the toilet a little bit not clean. Next, lift not take to long. After that, parking lot is good. Lastly, the price worth it for the money.

Never thought we actually would have a great staycation here. I just booked an affordable hotel for transit since we travel back home in Perak from Malacca. Since it's Monday..there's no one at the swimming pool so we really enjoyed swimming and playing at the small play ground. We really love the giant trampoline there. My kids and I had so much fun! Will come back here if we have any chance in the future.

Till now since the first day I step into Acappella Suites Hotel I'm trying to look or spot of any mistakes, fault or even of any lapse that I don't like but me and my family members strongly agreed that everything was more then we expected, the service team from Suseela front desk to the housekeeping Riduan, Sharizan and Ain and the Security officers was polite,helpful and of course friendly by greeting us the whole family everytime. I don't want to talk and the Hotel itself as it's already so beautiful well kept and maintained. Food was awesome. Location was too perfect with so many things around it. Definitely I would recommend this Acappella Suites Hotel to everyone and of course I will come back to this Hotel again. I used to be frequent or loved to stay at Concorde Hotel whenever I'm at Shah Alam looked like this time I'm going to change to this Acappella Suites Hotel.
