Hotel O Taj (Seksyen 7) Bewertungen

For the 1st time I feel really disappointed with trip.com service. Providing fake picture, really different with reality. I booked deluxe room with windows but ending got room without windows. When I ask the staff he said that it's not hotel false. And he tell that I can cancel and refund and find another hotel. At 12.30 am how do I get another hotel?

i booked hotel room for 2 Nights! And i paid! and it's Confirmed! and after i got arrived to this hotel. I immediately proceed to the Receptionist for getting Check-In. and the guy in the receptionist said. My booked room has someone got checked-in already! And the guy asked me to Add 50 Ringgit to have room! The very unsatisfied and dissapointing, ungrateful here is the room that he give to me is very smelly! and Cockroaches! I took a videos what is inside the room. And i will add it to my Content YouTube Chanel.

Good to stay for business travelers…will booking again with the next business business trip…service at reception is good
