Hotels mit Frühstück in Sfax Ville

Wenn Sie im Hotel laufen, scheint es groß mit schönen Lobby & Dekoration, aber es gab einige Beschwerden, als wir 1 Nacht geblieben und 2 Mahlzeiten im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hatten. Wir mussten die Zimmer ändern, da wir einen Stadtblick hatten - der konstante Klang von Motorrädern war eine Schande, nicht die Hotels schuld, sondern mit glatten Fenstern, die nicht richtig geschlossen waren. Nach 20 Minuten zeigten sie mir ein anderes Stadtzimmer, aber ich sagte, es ist das gleiche, nach 30 Minuten zeigten sie mir schließlich einen, der sich der Lobby, 1. Stock. Aber die Wände sind sehr dünn und man kann Stimmen recht klar hören, Schranktüren aus anderen Zimmern. Die Mahlzeiten waren extrem durchschnittlich. Ich kam mit einer Gruppe & unser Fisch war verbrannt schwarz. Das Frühstück war minimal, eine 1-star Hotelqualität mit Fliegen über die Pflanze.

I used to stay in this structure since long time. Always appreciated its good position. Some furniture need some maintenance but in average everything OK (didn't like the lack of enough electrical socket: only 2 available, 1 of which not working). Excellent sleep quality, very good and attractive food offer for breakfast.

Das Hotel wurde heuer von Radisson übernommen und alles ist Chaos. Die Zimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet, z.B. Kein Platz auch nur für einen einzigen Hartschalenkoffer - geschweige denn für zwei, In der Dusche weder Seifenablage noch Haltestange, im Bad keine Steckdose für elektr. Zahnbürste, im ganzen Zimmer nur drei Steckdosen, im Restaurant rennt das Personal plan- und ziellos herum. Es ist mir unverständlich, wie Radisson seinen sonst guten Namen für so etwas hergeben kann.

This is a gorgeous hotel, a modern recreation of an old fort, as charming on the inside as it is stunning on the outside. The bedroom was supremely comfortable as well as decorated with quality materials such as marble in the entrance, woods in the bathroom and elegant wooden bedroom furniture, somewhat traditional yet highly functional with a very wide and comfortable bed. The internet is fast enough (45 mbps on WiFi with an iPad) and there are USB charging points by the bedside table. The laundry service offers same day return, and the room is always impeccably cleaned. In the restaurant everything is top notch, and all the staff was extremely kind and seemed happy to bring food even though I was often the only guest having breakfast or lunch, this being the month of Ramadan. The more I visit Tunisia the more I love it, my Tunisian friends say this is the best hotel in Sfax and I can see why!

Very bad experience. Terrible customer service from the Manager, Haythem, he could have been at least polite and apologetic that they could not allow us to enter their hotel since one of us was wearing sweatpants despite we were with a tourist who wanted to experience the food in their hotel restaurant. Manager never smiled at all, with sloppy clothes and dirty pants. Not to mention he did not shave his face and name tag all crooked, he started pointed his forefinger at our friend’s clothes who was not wearing “business casual” clothes like as if he was all neat. It was very understandable and reasonable that the hotel was very busy with police at that time due to security but the issue here is you still have to be at least polite and smiles at guests no matter what! Our friend works in the travel industry in Qatar and would never recommend this hotel to her clients. Hope you give proper training to your employees and realize how guests’ reviews/experience is very important.

Ich bin froh über meine vier Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Im Zentrum von Sfax, in der Nähe der berühmten gemischten Kaffee mit Sfax und besten Restaurants. Die Zimmerfrau hat ihre Arbeit gut gemacht, sie lässt nichts in den Zimmern verbleiben, Alles ist sauber, bravo !! Für das Frühstück ist es richtig, der Server gibt Ihnen ein Schokoladebrot mit Brot und Konfitüre, Schokolade ....a Sie gehen Ihren Kaffee suchen (Selbstservice). Der Parkplatz liegt vor dem Hotel, es ist nicht groß genug, um zu ertragen Alle Besucher, aber es wird in der Nacht gehalten. Zusammenfassend empfehle ich dieses Hotel, wenn der Haushalt durchschnittlich ist ;)

Notre première nuit fût horrible car situé côté rue et au 5ème étage juste en-dessous du restaurant, musique et bruit des chaises jusqu'à 00h30. Le lendemain nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, pour se faire pardonner nous avons eu une corbeille de fruits. Sinon cet hôtel est magnifique ! Nous reviendrons sans problème.
