Hotel Boutique Triana House

We loved absolutely everything! Very nice and helpful and professional staff. Beautiful hotel and very good quality of the bed linen and the cushions are amazing. We can’t wait to come back again next time in Sevilla. Good breakfast on a beautiful tray and nice linen serviettes

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet street in the lovely neighbourhood of Triana. Great staff, beautiful rooms, linens & spacious bathroom with luxurious towels, and the powerful rain shower was a delight. Simple breakfast on a lovely roof terrace is included and a nice touch is the free minibar & snacks. The only negative was the huge increase in price to stay on a Saturday night. We booked well in advance and realised 3 months prior to arrival that we had only booked 3 nights not 4 as planned. We asked to add an extra night (a Saturday) and the cost was 2.5x any other night which we felt was unreasonable and made the whole stay much more expensive than expected. Too much for a small boutique hotel with no amenities. Watch out for prices and make sure you review and agree everything up front as they ask for payment on arrival.

This is a wonderful hotel! The location is perfect - in a quiet residential neighborhood, but in easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The room was good sized and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast on the lovely rooftop deck. The staff really makes the hotel special. We are so thankful to Rocio, especially, who helped us when our early morning taxi to the train station failed to arrive. We also appreciated the packed breakfast for our train. We can't wait to return for a longer stay!

the rooms are tastefully decorated with excellent shower facilities and super comfortable bed. Breakfast on the roof terrace is delightful. Staff are very helpful and always in attendance. My only slight negative is that I would always a prefer a room with an outside window which unfortunately is not easy in this historic building.

Stayed in the Malaga Room. This small hotel is amazing. The staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Service always with a smile. Breakfast is very high quality and slightly different every day. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Bedding is high quality along with fluffy white towels. To me, the little details matter and the service delivery here is second to none. I eternal decor is beautiful. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent little hotel. Wonderful breakfast on their beautiful terrace in the sunshine, served on little trays with fresh fruit and orange juice. The rooms have character and are spacious, comfortable temperature control and a full range of helpful Penhaligan products. The area is quiet and local but easy walking distance from everywhere you would want to go. Extremely helpful reception desk. I could not recommend it more highly..
