Numa l Molina Apartments

Property was really nice. Initial communication was great but we had a 7 seater van and weren't warned about the crazy time one would have to try to get it near the off-site parking - which it couldn't fit anyway. They have us a refund for the parking promptly but what would have happened if the car was damaged trying to get to the property? Go here, stay here BUT do not drive there or park there!

The staff were in touch with us frequently and their AI system responded to any requests in a timely fashion. Excellent location near the cathedral and the bustling old city centre. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid at all costs if you want an apartment that matches the photographs on Numa’s website. Abhorrent customer service when you attempt to resolve the issue. I booked a ‘Deluxe 3 bedroom / Family Living apartment’ directly with Numa which clearly displays a photograph of each of the bedrooms with balconies and city views, with a double balcony provided to the master bedroom. Upon check in however I was given an apartment with only one of the bedrooms having a single balcony, and the remaining two bedrooms having no balcony or outlook / view whatsoever, with these only provided with velux windows to the roof. On speaking with the manager immediately after check in I was advised whilst different from the photos on the website, the apartment still falls within the parameters of the description on their website, and therefore on that basis they were refusing to refund the cost of my stay, preventing me booking elsewhere. Terrible customer service, false advertising and has now left me having to claim a refund via my solicitor.

I book this place last minute the price for 2 nights was 280 euro the apartment was 01 on the ground floor the building looks great from the outside and inside the location is perfect but the apartment smell like escarpment literally the bathroom down stairs the minute we open the water on the bathroom down stairs the shower got flooded with escarpment coming out from the shower we call them to change room they say they didn’t have anything so we were stuck with the smal and we cold not shower . They send someone the next day that spray some Perfume Not working for us . Waist of money and day of stress. If I could give 0 I would

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property- very close to everything and nice to have more space to spread out. Only one window to outside so lack of fresh air is only reason for 4 star review. Appreciated personal touches of food and water in apartment. Will highly recommend.

Unbelievably wonderful, start to finish! NO downside, everything was amazing!!

Awesome location and the property was fine except it was ridiculously difficult to drive a car there and especially to park and there was NO WARNING about this. Andres was awesome and helped us when we arrived and left or it would have been worse but the parking situation was a disaster. Only would work if you have a very small car- the streets are tiny and narrow and getting into the garage is insane. (We were in a minivan and should have been warned. ) the location is close to nice restaurants and very close to the cathedral which is awesome except that they like to go crazy on the bells all hours of the day and night. Earplugs were provided but not enough. :)

Great location, within walking distance of the cathedral and bars and restaurants right outside the door. the duplex with bedroom upstairs was a nice idea. Well equipped, with nice touches like coffee capsules provided for the coffee machine, and laundry capsules for the washer. Parking is secure but a few minutes walk and not that easy to find. Rooftop terrace is a bonus
