Great help by Kirsten checking in made it very easy thanks Also sorted next week's room for me also as I will be working local for next 3/4 months The Swanley premier innwill be my hotel of choice Great beefeater next door also Don't forget ask them for the evening menu works out cheaper when your on a works budget

The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Just what you'd expect from Premier Inn. While there was constant mechanical air circulation, we prefer to sleep in a room with an open window! My only other criticism was the toilet needed a good clean, and there was no toilet brush. Kristen on reception was very helpful when we needed extra towels. Great job!

Had a very good 2 day stay come from wales and stayed the whole weekend with my two children and the lady in reception called kirsten was very lovely and very poite and look after me and my family very well and gave the girls a bag sweets and anything we neeeed was spot on would defo come back again if she was on reception

I’ve stayed here previously - usually for a visit to family. My room was new updated and first class. Great bathroom. Simple, very affordable - I had taken advantage of a special offer of £35 with free breakfast. I was alone but this could have been for two people - don’t know how they did it. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and cooked to perfection. Good chef. It knocked spots off The Holiday Inn at Bexley. Only down side was the lift was out of order but not much of a problem. May have been to do with the ongoing refurb. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night as we had a party to attend at the Birchwood Country Club. We chose a Premier Plus room and were very happy with both the room and with the service we recieved. We had an excellent sleep and would definitely stay again if we needed a hotel in this area. We had a couple of minor issues but these were dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction. The exterior car park needs a clean, really lets the place down.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable, staff are so kind and are eager to please. Bonus the beefeater is connected and they pride themselves in the care free dining experience. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.
