Hotel Hermitage

Lovely atmosphere with great friendly staff who really couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were very clean and warm. Bar area good to share the odd Bombadino ! Ski hire just next door and very efficient. Great you can also book ski passes at reception.

This place is a hidden gem. It is spotlessly clean, the beds are so comfy, the linen and pillows very comfortable. The bar area is warm and welcoming but it’s the service that sets this place apart. They really can’t do enough for you, everyone is so helpful and wants to make your stay just perfect. The photos are completely accurate so study them carefully. If you are looking for 5* this is not for you but if you want value for money in an authentic hotel with exceptional service you cant beat this place.

Hotel is under new management since December 2021 , so when reading reviews check the date they were written. Hotel location is excellent,very close to ski slopes, ski hire, ski school and a bar / restaurant run by the same management. Breakfast was very good, cereals, yogurt , fruit , cakes, eggs sausages , hams, cheeses and a delicious quiche. The food at dinner was excellent, a 3 course meal, very tasty and varied antipasti , then a main course and dessert. The chef was flexible with the food choices and adapted when necessary. Rooms are comfortable, the ones downstairs were recently refurbished , we stayed upstairs ,the rooms were a good size and had balconies overlooking the slopes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help and sort out any minor problems we had. There is a minibus taxi service to Sestriere center from right outside the hotel, it runs from the morning till 11 pm. Timetable is at reception, and the staff phone and book it for the guests Ski room is on the ground floor , so you just walk out onto the drive in . The hotel also arranged transfers for Turin airport to the hotel at a very reasonable price. Excellent service all round, the staff were polite and professional and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return!

Very nice small hotel nearby the slopes. Excellent super nice staff. Family atmosphere. Basic clean rooms and bathrooms. Just sufficient for skiing holiday. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Hairdryer, soap etc are available in the bathroom. Excellent Italian food! Beer, wine, tea coffee with meals. Bar opened whenever you need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel a pochi km dal centro di Sestriere.Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Buona la colazione a buffet.Gentilezza e cortesia da parte dello staff.Vicinissimo agli impianti.Piccolo parcheggio riservato alla clientela. Solarium con sdraio a disposizione. Consigliato anche per l'inverno.

bel Posto , in montagna borgo tranquillo a 2km dal centro di Sestriere , la colazione ottima e abbondante , direi spettacolare , servizio ottimo e personale gentilissimo e cortese con cena squisita prezzo nella media - vista la stagione non alta , inizio estate
