Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer auch. Es ist zwar ein eher kleines Zimmer aber es hat genügend platz für zwei. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und lieb. Zum Frühstück gab es leckere frische cornettos. Alles in allem wirklich super

Tiptopes Hotel. Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück mit Yoghurt und Früchten sowie einem starken Kaffee. Durch die zentrale Lage kann es aber schon sein, dass lärmempfindliche Personen in der Nacht nicht so happy sind. PP gleich beim Hotel.

Great little hotel right in the centre of Serra San Bruno, close to all amenities ie.bars and restaurants. Rooms very quiet ,cosy and clean. Owner was very helpful and tried to fulfill all our requests. Highly recommended for a good night's sleep when visiting Serra San Bruno.

Terrible experience. Incorrect accommodations from the start. They advertised room for 2 Adults two children, One bunkbed and a double, with air conditioning. No bunk bed and air conditioner not working. Not even enough room to place a luggage on the floor. Solution was to split up my family, move one person, and pay for another room!! seriously? Rooms are extremely small you feel like sardines in a hot tin can. Solution to air not working was to open the one small window in a cubby corner, leave the bathroom door open with that window open, and in the evening it cools down!! not in 40 degree weather with no wind! Situated across from a bar, and leaving the window open doesn't cool you down and all you hear is the music and partying. You did not deliver what you advertised! We had to find other accommodations, it was way too hot to sleep. No refund for the 3 nights we did not stay. We prepaid so ripped off! Find another place to stay, go for a B & B. we thankfully found a much better place to stay. Don't ruin your vacation. Looks aren't always what they seem.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The room is great and has everything you need, the breakfasts were perfect and delicious out on the beautiful terrace with views of the town centre. Most importantly, the staff at the hotel had gone above and beyond for anything I needed! They arranged a car to transport us from Lamezia Terme to Serra San Bruno, as well as helped arrange a ride to Tropea once our time in Serra was done. While in Tropea (＞1.5hrs away by car) the hotel staff called to inform that we had forgotten a pair of seeing glasses in the room. I was willing to consider them a loss as we were unable to return and I would not expect them to be delivered. I also did not want the hotel to pay the cost of our mistake. The staff went on to tell me that they would see if someone was headed to Tropea in the next few days and get back to me. They called that evening and sent the glasses with an individual to drop off where we were staying in Tropea. I could not believe that service! As I said before, the staff constantly went above and beyond with everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful spot if traveling to Serra San Bruno. I know I certainly will be again in the future!

Durante il percorso della ciclovia dei parchi della Calabria, io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato due giorni, causa maltempo,in questa struttura in centro paese. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, sia della receptioniste, sia del proprietario, il Sig Pasquale, i quali si sono prodigati alle nostre richieste. La stanza molto confortevole e pulita.Ottima la colazione. Super consigliato.

Ottima struttura, nuova ed efficiente, personale gentilissimo sia all'accoglienza che alla colazione, posizione privilegiata per trovarsi in pieno centro, con area parxheggio vicinissima. Anche il prezzo è molto contenuto. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Bellissima struttura nel centro di Serra San Bruno. Posizione più che ottima per girare comodamente a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggiare sotto l'hotel ma non c'è moltissimo spazio, ad ogni modo c'è un parcheggio comunale molto grande che in tre notti di metà agosto non ci ha mai tradito, quindi la soluzione è fattibile. Tutto lo staff è stato molto simpatico ed accogliente. Colazione inclusa essenziale ma deliziosa, frutta fresca molto buona. La stanza pulitissima e in ordine con vista sulla strada principale che è molto carina.

Hotel situato in posizione centrale. Personale gentile. Stanza pulita e ben insonorizzata. Bella terrazza in cui fare colazione, peccato non vi si possa accedere poi durante il resto della giornata. Colazione da migliorare per la varietà offerta. Da cambiare assolutamente la tavoletta del water ( per quanto sia stata pulita, vedere delle macchie gialle fa un po' impressione. Orario check in e orario inizio colazione poco favorevole alle esigenze del cliente.(Check in 14.30 - colazione 7.30). Rapporto qualità/prezzo mediocre.
